Homestead Station — Attraction in Homestead

We come here on Tuesday afternoons to bowl because it is only 9.99 an hour and less than 5.00 for shoe rental if you don’t have bowling shoes. Staff is very friendly and always available and helpful when a lane should freeze up. One time we had trouble with our lane and after asking they were quick to add back the time we had to wait.

Parking on the streets is safe and free, but they do have a paid parking garage, and you can get your parking ticket validated if you pay to bowl. The lanes are smaller than the traditional bowling lanes, and they offer drinks and food while you bowl and they have a sit down bar. Food is ok and drinks were made well.

We haven’t been to the theater; they do have specials on certain days. Many places are not rented out yet on the outside of the building. They have an arcade inside before you enter the theater. There are not too many available bowling lanes so if this place should get crowded you may have to wait.

Extremely confused as to how this place is still open. It seems like this bowling center is being ran by a bunch of kids. Our wait time was 1 hr so we decided to get some drinks. We sat at the bar and waited to get service for at least a good 15 minutes. My daughter approached me at the bar and as soon as she got close to me the bartender finally acknowledged us and told us she couldn’t be near the bar. Which I understood and agreed and I went on to ask him when is someone going to attend us and his reply was “ when I get to you” with a nasty attitude. This is the type of service that needs to be dealt with immediately and it looks like this guy is way to comfortable at his job. Definitely won’t be coming back nor...

Homestead station was quiet an experience but not the way you think. Do not get me wrong the food was great. by the way, if you have to order something the wings and quesadillas are world competitive. However, the bowling alley was anything but efficient. I was told to wait 15 minutes because there were people in front of my on the waiting list, then it was change to 1 hour and later after I was told there were 6 more people. I understand the place it’s busy and understaffed but there are systems In Place to accommodate customers. There are many thing to be improved and hopefully management will look into those issues and...
