I have used Logo Express for several years and have NEVER been disappointed. I have three different companies that I get shirts for. I purchase Uniform shirts, tee shirts, hats and more. Shan helps me with getting my logo digitized and will provide a sample of the logo on fabric so I can see what it looks like.

Shan and I have worked together for so long that all I have to do is text him and he gets my order ready, Like I said previously, I have never been disappointed with Logo Express and I can say with confidence that if you use Logo Express you will not be disappointed either!...

Logo Express has ZERO customer service. I walked in and was not greeted or even asked why I was there, I stood there while the guy in front tapped on his laptop for 15minutes and still not asked if I can be assisted. I had a $600 shirt order to pickup and after I realized that he wasn't going to say anything and proceeded to smoke his e-cig; I asked well where do I pickup my order and he said…oh go to the back. NEVER EVER supporting this small business again. If you want shirts done go find someone else that appreciates your business because its not LOGO EXPRESS IN HOMEWOOD. If you are looking for someone to just take your money and ignore you then that’s the place for you. One horrible customer experience ruins it...
