My son and I checked out the gun show yesterday Blaisdell Arena . When I go there I have to check out the fish in the pond it's a much and who they got so big from the l last time I seen them. It's nice to see the old gun and the old swords. It's good to ask questions and learn about it after all its part of history .The collectors there are some of the nicest people. The new guns there really blows you away. You can tell the sellers there know they're stuff. There was some coin collectors and even a dude selling knife sharpener and that knife got sharp enough to cut paper who I wanted one of them but it was to prices go stuff are offen Is. They was nice patches when was was leaving we got some jerky and some banana popcorn witch was really great and the jerky too. When we left the place I had to check out the fish like always. It was a great day I'm still looking for a Winchester 22 and a Woodman 22 but. It was a good place to spend some time no...
Read moreThe arena itself is great, and some great performances are held here. There's food and drink, and your seats are easy to find. Staff is cool too. I deduct 2 stars because of the parking. The parking lot is a major pain in the rear! First off, there will be major traffic to get into the lot. Took me 40 minutes to get into the lot from just up the street. If there are events at both the Arena and concert hall, this parking lot will get full up. Fast. It is a mad free-for-all to find a parking spot. If you do manage to park, after the event, it will take 30+ minutes to leave because the exit gets so congested with cars. Great place for an event, but get here EARLY for parking, park elsewhere or...
Read moreThis place certainly has been around for awhile. Positives is that the staff are all friendly and helpful. I appreciate the aloha they have. There really isn’t a bad seat in the house. As far as arenas go, this really isn’t a big place but during concerts, a lot of people can fit in here. I also really appreciate the folks that work to keep the place clean. Sadly concert goers can be pretty sloppy. Staff here were on it, keeping the place clean. Although a lot of drunk people were really irritating during the last concert we attended here, we still enjoyed the venue and performance. Biggest complaint is that it’s $4.00 for a bottle of water. Ugh. I wish they’d allow refillable water bottles...
