Alan K. Took care of my sister last week and today he took care of me!

The last mattress I had was for free because the tenant before me moved back to Taiwan and the mattress was one of the pieces he left behind ( it was still very brand new) . I ended up putting 5 years on that mattress because it was such a comfy mattress ( I still have to double check on what brand it is) and was planning on using it til it ran to the ground

With that being said , I was not in the market for a mattress -and it didn’t cross my mind to get a new one. My sister was in the market and i just went with her cus her mattress was gonna fit in my van . I laid on the nectar (last week) and haven’t forgotten it . in order for me to get another mattress , it would have to be a really really really good mattress for a really really really good deal . To conclude , four days after that first visit at Mattress Firm, I decided to splurge because it was a great deal for Labor Day weekend. The price I paid was cheaper than the website due to the Labor Day sale (I got a Nectar bed, just nectar not lush. My sister got the lush premiere) and now I too have the best ensemble ever (Got the bundle with mattress protector , new sheets and pillows) . Quality sleep is so important these days and this is an investment to my ‘every day’ moving forward , to get up and attem !! I love my bed and most importantly my dogs love my bed 🥳 (@lilwaynethefrenchie)

Anyways luv luv luv Alan and he totally deserves a raise ! He was so sharp , he truly Took care and was really on top of everything . However, the handoff was seamless and flawless, ensuring a continuation of exceptional and knowledgeable service.

Brooklyn guided us expertly and helped us find the perfect mattress that met our specific needs. We were thoroughly impressed with her stellar service and felt confident in our purchase decision.

In conclusion, our experience with MattressFirm, from the warm welcome by Richard to the seamless assistance provided by Brooklyn, exceeded our expectations. We are extremely satisfied customers and highly recommend MattressFirm for their outstanding service and quality products.

I decided to return to Mattress Firm since my husband and I purchased my daughter’s bed set from them a few years ago to purchase a mattress cover now worn and showing signs of age. I decided to visit their showroom on Kapiolani Blvd. since the parking availability was better than their location on Beretania Street. Surprisingly, they were quite busy and I was forced to wait for a short duration of time before meeting a salesman named John. I explained the reason for my visit and showed him the name which unfortunately I was told they no longer sold. John showed me another brand they sold but needed to check on the availability. I was saddened to hear that it was not in stock but was available at another location. I asked if it could be delivered to their Kapiolani Blvd. store and was told “yes”! I paid for the item then left the store waiting to hear from John on when the mattress cover would be ready for pick up. Within three days I was back to pick up my mattress cover. Boy, was I a happy camper!! John was excellent; he provided great customer service in the store, texted information on delivery time and thanked me for my business. I will definitely return to Mattress Firm for bedding needs in the future. Well...
