I must say the owner of this restaurant has a thick face. We tipped for our dinner but she was not satisfied with the amount and came over to ask for more. Tipping culture is not common in Asia, especially in Korea, but now that she has come to America, she thinks that it is obligatory and demands it from the customers. Using concern and asking whether the service provided was not satisfactory as a manipulation tactic to coerce your customers to tip you more, what a brilliant gaslighting trick. I hate this kind of behavior— it’s really parasitic to suck your customers dry of their hard-earned money when we just want to enjoy our dinner with our family once in a while. My problem is not with tipping. We tipped. My problem is her wanting more. Even homeless people are happy with any donation we give but this woman has the audacity to scam her customers for more money when the meat she provides isn’t that good compared to other places. We witnessed her loudly asking about the tip at another table and now the same happened to...
Read moreAlways had good experiences with Millions until I his particular evening. Happened in 45 mins prior to closing. Usually don't like to be that customer but being as it is graduation season had hoped they would be ok. Had no intention of grilling our own foods just wanted to have a quick bite and get out of there but was quickly turned away because they were closing in 45 minutes. I believe that we would have been able to be out by closing time and not held my hem back any longer than they would have to be there but we were not even given the chance. Sadly COVID has changed the way business is done now and it doesn't look like it will ever go back to what once was. If I didn't enjoy the food so much I wouldn't bother going back, sadly I love it. Maybe they should publicly post the last seating time so as not to have people think that they are an option especially when yelp is putting it out as an option to...
Read moreFood was pretty decent for the price but be warned if you tip less than the suggested amount (ranging from 18-30%), the owner will come to your table and call you out. Tipping is supposed to be optional and dependant on how comfortable you feel to give. I didn’t expect to feel obligated to tip more than what I gave, which was $20. I’m the youngest in my family and wanted to treat my family out for dinner tonight but the owner thought my tip was not enough. I felt embarassed and my mom had to give them an additional $20 in cash for the owner to be happy. Will not come back again. They will equate their service with the amount you give instead of what you want to give regardless of your financial situation so be warned. Paying $320 including tip was not enough for them apparently for our hour...
