First found out about them from the Great Guns Expo at the Blaisdell when I was trying to scan the enter to win but ended up taking a picture of the QR code instead. Few weeks later I randomly saw the picture and visited their website and found it was very easy to use. I was not sure about an item online and used the ātext usā feature of their website; they got back to me the next day. This really changed my shopping experience and I wished all stores were this responsive, helpful and friendly! Whenever I have a random question regarding which compatible items I could buy or other questions, they answered very timely! The store location is in Kalihi, it seemed kind of sketchy but I found it. One will have to push the button to have the store employees open the door since itās locked for safety reasons. At their physical store all the employees seem knowledgeable, helpful, and their work atmosphere seems very positive. Jarek, one of the workers remembered I previously visited there when I came back a second time to pick up more stuff I ordered and was very helpful in assisting me! Yesterday on my third visit, I did not realize how heavy the 1,000 bullets that I ordered would be and the Jarek even helped me carry it to my car! Overall, I really liked my shopping experience at Firearms International and it has really changed my outlook on other online and in-person shopping. They offer free classes with a purchase of a firearm. My husband said it makes no sense because the class is not actually free. You pay the dealer mark up and feels like it goes towards the class. And we over heard one of the worker asking for a positive review to get a discount on their purchase. We now understand how they have so much positive review. He gives the discount on an over price firearm for more reviews. Sounds like a scam to me. I recommend checking out other firearms around the area before shopping here.
