Would give even more stars if I could. My bride and I are seasoned Hana Kitchens veterans and keep coming back for more. We've been to the dumpling, gnocchi, Roman street food, kebab, and falafel classes as well as Ramen, Roman regional, Valentine's Day, and Sooper Secret Izakaya dinners. The Chefs are always top flight and the classes and hosted meals are always a blast. You leave chock full of great food, wine, and memories. We recently celebrated our anniversary at Hana Kitchens and the team went out of their way to grant my wish of embarrassing my wife. They did some serious internet sleuthing to find her headshot from work which they placed on every single diner's menu with a happy anniversary message. Then they deep dove into her FB account which she doesn't even use anymore to find a picture of the two of us from 20 years ago and put it up on the big screen with a happy anniversary message. It's the extra little touches like this that really demonstrate how awesome and special this place is. It's a truly top flight experience every single time. Read moreI just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to the team for such a wonderful experience! My partner and I had an amazing time at the Dumpling Class in June. Not only was Chef Britney THE BEST instructor (she's so funny, informative, and patient!), but the team at Hana Kitchens was also welcoming, fun, and so thoughtfully ran the event from start to finish.
Navigating health issues while trying to enjoy events like this can be tricky, but I felt genuinely included and cared for the entire time. From having a chair ready when I needed it to offering a dumpling filling I could eat despite my food intolerances to even having N/A drink options available, every thoughtful detail made such a difference. I used to be a huge foodie before some new allergies hit me, and hearing Chef Britney say, “I made something you can eat!” honestly meant more than I can say. I truly wasn’t expecting any accommodations and would’ve been happy just to participate, but that gesture let me relax and enjoy the experience like everyone else, without having to ask for adjustments or draw attention to myself.

From start to finish, everything was incredible — the food, the view, and especially the staff. A huge shoutout to Joe DiCondina, Angela Wood, and our amazing waitress Claudia, along with the rest of the attentive and welcoming team. They made each of us feel like VIPs, treating us with warmth and genuine aloha spirit.
One of the highlights of the evening was creating our own poke appetizers while enjoying a stunning ocean view — such a surreal and special moment. And then came the magic of Chef Adam Tabura, who shared his inspiring culinary journey and followed it with a beautifully prepared meal that was not only delicious, but also made with so much heart and soul.
