The order and pickup service was unreliable. After arriving at the store, I realized the in-store price was much higher than the online price. Since I accepted the pricing policy, I decided to place my order online, even though it meant waiting two hours for pickup.
After two hours, I went back to the store, but they informed me that they were busy and couldn’t guarantee when my order would be ready. It felt like the items were still sitting in a warehouse, even though I had already seen them in the store. Frustrated, I wasn’t sure how their system worked, but I had seen a staff member take my item from the shelf earlier. Despite that, they kept saying they couldn’t guarantee when it would be ready. So, I decided to leave, but my wife didn’t want the two-hour wait to go to waste and asked again about the order status.
At first, they repeated that it wasn’t ready, but when she insisted that the delay was unacceptable, they suddenly said it was available for pickup and handed it to us. I still don’t understand why they acted that way—it was one of the worst customer service...
