I went into beauty and beyond with high expectations. I purchased a bundle deal of bellatique hair which cost me 219.00 b4 tax for a 20...18...snd 16 inch. I also purchased a 12 inch closure which cost me 54.00 b4 tax. I had 2 women and 1 man to assure me that the hair was top of the line quality. I was very specific in asking if the hair sheds and I was also concerned about longevity for the amount of money I was spending. I had the hair professionally installed which cost me 200.00 of course because stylist usually charge more when a closure is involved. Anywho...I've had this hair installed 2 weeks and it is absolutely horrible. It's shredded so bad that my 3 bundles now look like 2!! Waste of money!!! It also does not hold a curl which is very unfortunate because the curl pattern doesn't come back when wet as I was told. Just a heads up...they guaranteed me bellatique was their best bundle hair...and it was horrible...so imagine the cheaper bundles... Y'all please don't listen to everything they say because of course they are only concerned about getting our dollars. I will never spend another dollar in beauty and beyond seeing that I spent 200.00 to get 254.00 hair installed and it won't last past 2 weeks!! I came in to purchase some hair products for a friend. Co-Owner/ Store assistant asked me if I needed some help. I said, “no”and continued shopping. Followed me around as if I want to take something. Kept rushing me instead of allowing me to shop. I selected my items. Headed to the counter. Explained to the assistant that I am no rush. I am fine just ring me up. Owner asked me to leave. This establishment does not appreciate our business “BLACK PEOPLE” we are just a means to earn an income. RACIST people make threats like these….just for someone shopping and not asking for help. Do not assume that we want to steal from you. You steal from yourself when you decide to speak to one of us in that matter. NEVER will anyone that I associate with shop here and I will continue to spread the truth about this establishment....

I've had a OKAY experience here customer service wise, but I got the hair bundle and the hair is NOT good. Purple shampoo stained it pink! Real hair does not do this. I gently toned it with a semi and now it's frizzy. Does not STOP shedding, the last 6" are absolutely thin and ratty. I've had it for less a few DAYS! I'm probably going to cut it off to get it even look ok.

I still have the 24" pack leftover but really I feel like I'm owed a replacement on the 28" as almost half of them are so thin and ratty. Thank God I didn't do the entire head with the toning shampoo or they'd all be ruined. I'm a licensed cosmetologist so it's not like I don't know how to.
