I feel as though a part of the Chick-fil-A experience is the great personalities their front of house workers have. 30 minutes ago my partner and I went to this Chick-fil-A drive thru for a quick breakfast and had the worst experience with one of their workers. When we pulled up to the drive thru she was standing outside with her iPad. She did not say one word to us when we pulled up. She didn’t greet us in any way. I get a better drive thru greeting from McDonald’s workers than I did from this woman. My partner started ordering since it was obvious she didn’t want to speak to us. She asked for his name at the end of our order, as every Chick-fil-A worker does, but I guess she didn’t know how to spell the name Ragan so she put a question mark on the receipt which made the worker in the window have to repeat our order to us in order to make sure it was for us. There was not one car behind us so I’m not sure why she didn’t just ask him to repeat his name for the ticket instead of making her coworkers job harder in the window. I was going to say something about her very odd, rude, unwelcoming attitude to the worker in the window but didn’t feel like bothering him as he seemed busy. I wasn’t going to write a review until I saw that her name was on the bag. I would highly recommend y’all move Valerie to the back of the house or train her on basic steps of service before putting her back in the drive thru where she has to encounter people of all sorts. Her judgement shows extremely well...
Read moreUntil tonight, I was a regular customer. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles, add Colby jack cheese. When I received the order, it had pepper jack cheese instead. The little rude girl with the glasses was very unfriendly (I've never encountered anyone like her at Chick-fil-a) when I told her nicely that the order was wrong. She just basically snatched it out of my hand and sent it to the back. No apology, just nasty attitude. When she returned, she gave me the exact same sandwich that I'd given her, only with the correct type of cheese, (with an attitude). Who does that? I should have gotten a new fresh sandwich because it had been touched by numerous individuals. SHE NEVER even apologized. To have my intelligence insulted like that really rubbed me the wrong way. I had to get out of my car and go into the store. I told the manager on duty what happened. He was nice, apologized, and gave me a new sandwich. However, when I told him about the rude girl at the drive through he seemed very indifferent as though her behavior was okay. Actually we just stared at each other for a few seconds. He finally said that he would "talk to her about it." That little girl with the glasses and ponytail working at the drive through needs to learn how to treat customers. She has a snappy little attitude that I found very offensive. Although I have been a long time customer, I don't think I'll be back...
Read moreChick Fil A is our family’s favorite fast food restaurant, but this was the first chick Fil A that had terrible service. We travel for a living, and spend plenty of time in Chik Fil A restaurants all over the country. We ordered a southwest chicken salad and four #1 combo meals. The chicken sandwich did not taste like they always taste and the salad was a mis-match of ingredients. Typically made with a mix of different types of lettuce, this one was made with only romaine, that wasn’t completely cut into pieces. Much of the lettuce was not edible and had to be set aside. The corn, beans, cheese and tomatoes were very minimal. It was as if they ran out of the southwest salad and quickly tried to throw some things in a container. There was no line when we placed our order, yet we still had to wait nearly 20 minutes. While waiting, I observed a manager pouring lemonade for a customer. She attempted to tighten the nozzle while it was still open, pouring lemonade over her bare hand and into the customer’s cup. I was thankful that it wasn’t my beverage, but felt badly for whomever it belonged. All in all, the food was less than stellar and the company’s typical, excellent organizational skills were sorely lacking. We would have returned our salad, but we ordered our meals to go and didn’t realize any of this until we were well on our way. Note: there was another Chik Fil A less than ten minutes down the road. Would recommend waiting...
