Excellent customer service with a personal touch! I've placed several orders over the last two years with Irene Richardson's company, Happy Glass Art Supply, and my orders have always arrived quickly, well-packaged, and without damage. For example, I placed a large order on Wednesday, and it was packed and shipped that same day! It arrived three days later, on Saturday, with everything intact and correct. Irene calls personality whenever she has a question about the order, or to answer my emailed questions. I've been pleased to find sometimes hard-to-find or discontinued glass/frit colors and the economical T-glass which is suitable for many projects. Prices are generally very reasonable, and shipping is free when the order exceeds $250. If I had to point out a negative, it would be that Oceanside/Sustem 96/Spectrum sheet glass is only available in 11-inch squares through Happy Art, rather than the standard 12.
