Called today to check price on plugging a tire,said $10-$15. I get there, dude can't find nail in tire to begin with, I tell him I knw there is bc got air at another tire shop day before. He finally does find the nail, I walk away to get phone out of my truck and GUESS WHAT,the same tire that had ONE NAIL HOLE YESTERDAY ( MYSTERIOUSLY NOW ) HAS FOUR!!! YET,jst a few minutes before while I was STANDING THERE W/HIM, he couldn't find the one NOTHING WAS BUBBLING UP!!! LOOK I WASN'T BORN LAST NIGHT!!! IN MY BOOK, THAT'S THE SAME THING AS A DOWN RIGHT THIEF!!! Because now my tire that was holding air when I got there is definitely NO GOOD,SO, I'VE GOT TO DO SOMETHING RIGHT,HE SOLD ME A 1/2 BALD TIRE FOR $40.00 & $10.00 to put it on....Went from $15 for plug to $50.00 bucks. Karma will bite his business in the butt, people that do things like that DO THEIR SELVES IN!!! HAVE A GOOD DAY...

I was driving on a donut and had a tire that kept losing air and no way to get 2 brand new tires at that moment. Spa City Tire changed that for me. I've heard other people tell about how they saved the day so to speak. I have nothing else to say except hats off, let me take a bow to some really awesome people. Read moreBad customer service all the way around, bought 2 used matching tires and because one of the tires had a hole in it they slid a different tire in on me without asking as well as being charged for mount and balancing when they failed to say their machine was down but charged me anyways... will never do business ever again with them.. there way of making it right was going to try and make it right by giving me $25 to have the tire balanced...
