The process of my purchase was awesome... The delivery and actual product received was a nightmare. My sectional was damaged and the delivery guys screwed the legs on crooked and the plastic parts that protect the floor from the metal legs were broken. I told them they weren't correctly put on they said it was "ok" and left. I called the store before they even walked out of the door and explained what happened. The lady who answered ask me to send her pictures showing the damage to my floor and the way the delivery guys were popping plastic pieces all over the place while they were putting the legs on. She showed up to my house saw everything and how it wasn't properly put together agreed it was not correctly dine, APOLOGIZED. I was told that " the drivers are young and it's unfortunately costing them money." They left with the couch promising to return the next day with a totally new couch, because it was not things that could be fixed. I was cool with that so I agreed. 2 days later I received ONE new piece of the sectional, the other two were the same 2 pieces originally taken out on day one. Ok?? There was also an additional set of pillows covering a hole in the middle of the "new" peice. When I sat on the chaise of the couch, it broke, INSIDE. I don't weigh that much AND the couch shouldn't just break when an normal sized adult sits on it. Cheap product. When I called the store I was cussed out by some man and hung up on. I called the finance company and they were unsuccessful in reaching the store after making several attempts on several occasions. Ultimately I ended up getting rid of the broken sectional and getting my money back from the finance company to make another purchase. The store did however manage to answer when my bank called because I disputed the transaction. Why should I pay for a product I no longer have and was damaged in the first place? In response to the owners reply. I never tried to return the merchandise until you told me "Fk You and hung up in my face. After I told you the couch you redelivered a second time, was broken. I had sold my previous couch so im curious why I would try to cancel the order if I had no couch? Sounds made up to me. But hey whatever makes you look like you're not the bad guy here. How is me receiving a broken couch, in my control? You even ignored the calls or the finance company but not my banks. Do you honestly think people care if you reply a bunch of lies to make yourself SEEM like you handled the situation correctly? Read moreI purchased a couch my roomie and I loved, but unfortunately the warehouse made a mistake and it was sold (again) to someone else later. We were given a full refund but decided to go back and see what could be done due to the inconvenience. They agreed on free delivery on the new couch (that we loved even more) and exchanging pillows we disliked for ones we did to ensure we were fully satisfied with our new purchase.
