UPDATE: After reporting threats of physical violence and the racial slurs geared towards me on this property. It has become apparent that the manager (Melissa Crowell) couldn't have cared less. Instead of acknowledging any wrongdoing, Melissa has attempted to find reasons to justify my treatment and even went so far to exaggerate those reasons. This type of behavior is deplorable. I don't usually write bad reviews, but because of severity of this situation. I felt an urgent need to warn visitors and potential residents. I have value and make an honest living. Melissa and her valet driver can't convince me otherwise. YOU DID NOT WIN! (DO NOT USE THEIR VALET SERVICE). On Tuesday 25 February 2020 @ approximately 1:15p. A valet driver stood behind my car as I was trying to back up (as I was following the instructions of a female valet driver). He proceeded to curse me. It was beyond surreal, but didn't end there. As I was walking towards the front office, he used a residents car to threaten my life. He revved the engine and began speeding towards me. I wanted to report the incident to front office staff, but they were all preoccupied with other people and my outrage was too fresh to the point I feared the distraction it might have caused. I also believe that the worst of the bunch is a reflection of the overall mentality of an establishment, for if they truly cared about their reputation, people like him would have been weeded...

You don’t just return home, but Arrive at this residential community! From the onset of my visit, the leasing manager - Quynh Do was exceptional. In fact I, was merely browsing high rise locations but her knowledge of the property, highlights of the benefit offerings, and superb customized experience is the sole reason I shifted from looking to leasing and even an upgraded unit! The process from leasing to move in was seamless. Quynh Do went above and beyond to assist me with the simple things that made a world of difference, she aided me with set up of my move in (reserving freight elevator), guidance and recommendation for setting up utilities (that enabled me to get the best utility rate), finding rental insurance (and even went so far to save me value here)! Even after signing the lease, she has remained dedicated in her commitment to making this move effortless and feel like a community. Though that is not all, the concierge, valet are all welcoming, helpful each and every time! Julian and Daniel (both exceptional Maintenance managers) came in day two just to check that everything was set up properly and they even showed me some pointers to make my unit feel like home. This is a property where the staff truly make the difference and will enable you to have a great living experience. I would highly recommend...

I have been living here since the building opened and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the management.

The views are the best in all of Houston.

Staff is extremely friendly and will resolve any issues almost immediately.

Quynh and Armando are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, it has been a real pleasure having them here and I know I can rely on them for anything.

Just submitted a maintenance request last night and the crew was here to fix everything first thing in the morning.

Maintenance is another thing that is awesome about the place, the crew is extremely friendly and trustworthy.

I am proud to have been a resident here for all these years and will continue living here as long as possible.

There really is no other options when it comes to the high quality service and high rise living that arrive has to offer.

Do not hesitate to check the place out and make it your new home.

Ask for Quynh, she is extremely nice and will take care of whatever needs you might have.
