Pizza is great!! Place is spotless! Customer service is not. The vibe is off putting. Not very welcoming. Horrible customer service both from an older gentleman and a young lady switching off and on on the register. I understand this work environment and it can be very busy and to have a skill to multitask while being courteous. It doesn’t take much to put a warm smile on & be aware of the restaurant and give a quick acknowledgment to your customers just to let them know that you’ll be right with them as soon as you can. But instead pretend to have tunnel vision & leave customers hanging until they’re good and ready to acknowledge you. I even witnessed the older man, horrible treatment towards a delivery person requesting pick up from Uber, I think, one of those platforms. Anyhow, he was extremely rude to her and treated her as if she was a thief. He was demanding and frustrated behavior Something to the effect of wanting her to confirm, I guess the order. And she was polite and said yes but before I confirm order can I confirm all items are count for? He aggressively pulled away towards him the pizza box that was on the counter midway to meeting her from her hands. And in a rude demanding tone told her to confirm. So unprofessional and very uncalled for, for she was polite and he was treating her that she had intentions to stealing an order. How embarrassing she must’ve felt to be treated as such. These people work here, have no respect for nobody. They need to go back to training. The company needs to train them on...

Luna Pizzeria truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a special shoutout to Marlene for making the entire experience exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her energy was kind, attentive, and professional in a way that’s becoming increasingly rare in customer service these days.

What really stood out was the way she went above and beyond without being asked, she consistently checked on my table, made sure everything was just right, and even kept refilling my drink without me ever needing to say a word. It’s those small but thoughtful gestures that show real pride in her work. Her timing was perfect, always there when needed, but never intrusive.

The pizza was delicious as always, but having someone like Marlene taking care of guests truly elevated the visit. Her customer service wasn’t just good, it was outstanding. She genuinely cared about creating a positive experience, and it showed in every interaction. If you visit Luna Pizzeria, I hope you’re lucky enough to be served by her. She’s the kind of employee that keeps people coming back.

Five stars,...

I am happy to have stumbled upon this wonderful pizza place only a stone's throw from my apartment. Every pizza here is outstanding and the service is second to none.

I initially went very frequently when they didn't have their liquor license because they were serving free beer & wine ☺ but even after they began to charge for libations, I have continued visiting this establishment. Granted, it helps that I can take my own beer or wine.

For a "personal" pizza (that is usually enough to split or make two meals), it's only $7 and their specialty pizzas are fancy without breaking the bank. I believe I have tried every single one. Most people would gloss over the pepperoni pizza at a place that serves pies that have a mushroom medley and rosemary whipped ricotta cheese but even the crisp, juicy pepperonis are a delight.

I have taken several both Houston residents and out-of-town guests to Luna as a testament of how amazing the food is. The manager, Michelle, is always SO kind and accommodating and remembers my name and my guests if they've been there before.

I love having a go-to pizza place that is consistently wonderful and completely...

I like this place a lot, however there a couple of reasons why I did not give it 5 starts. I ordered the personal margherita pizza, and the flavor was great! The issue was that it was not very hot. Not to say it was cold, because it wasn't, however, the cheese dollops (when pulling a slice from the pie) were still kind of stuck together (in that they stayed fairly whole, as opposed to pulling apart and getting the string cheese). Due to this, the cheese that was in the middle of 2 slices would come completely off of one and stay as a little dollop. It could be that the cuts were not sliced through, however, pulling the slices out was not an issue (no rips in them, pulled easily). I did appreciate the presentation of the red pepper I asked for, and that they added fresh parmesan as well as oregano! Staff was busy, so I wasn't able to get a good gage on the overall friendliness of them, but not rude in anyway. Worth a try if you happen to be in the area!

Good pizza in houston is not the easiest to find but this place is the exception to the rule. But their wings are a surprise hit. Which is another rule breaker, most pizza places don't have good wings. The pizza was thin, not extra thin. It's a sourdough crust so it helps with the flavor. On a flop scale of 1 being a noodle and 10 being a piece of sheet metal. The pizza had about a 7 score of flop to it. We got the pepperoni and cheese large. We ate all of it. It was fairly light, crispy pepperonis and the sauce was flavorful. We got the wings too, the Buffalo and the garlic parm . The wings were larger and baked. The Buffalo was OK but the garlic was crazy good. Probably the best wing I've had for years. Super dense in flavor layers and the ranch combo was killer!!!. Atmosphere was bland but nothing bad. Customer service was great, very nice and the pizza came out really quick. Overall, good place and will be coming back
