Emily literally has the hands of an angel! The first time I visited her she checked to make sure the pressure was okay during my facial or if I’d prefer more or less. She always makes sure I’m feeling comfortable before she begins. Shes even offered to have more or less conversation depending how I’m feeling that day. Just some really appreciated customer service, you know? It’s nice to just kick back and relax.

I’ve received both derma-planing and the Diamond Glow facial from her. She’s talked me through each one before in detail and is clearly very knowledgeable in her profession. I’m hoping to visit her at City Center soon for a hydra facial!

Okay, and last but not least, she’s recommended some really great skincare. I can’t stress this enough. My routine has never been so organized and not to mention easy to understand. I’ve now been using the Alastin Gentle Cleanser for the past two years and it’s probably the only cleanser I’ll ever use on my face again. The Alastin eye treatment has helped keep the bags under my eyes from getting too dark and dull. I genuinely think the skin looks a little more plump and I definitely don’t look so haunted when I go into work. Something else that makes me feel nice and glowy is the tinted sunscreen! It’s like a little pick me up, I can wear it without makeup and feel like my skin looks smooth & clear. But if I want to wear make up on top it is literally the PERFECT primer. Emily is actually the person that made me realize the importance of sunscreen now that I think about it.

The entrance and the procedure rooms are always clean and organized. And the girls at the front desk have been friendly and professional as well!

BHRC River Oaks is the absolute best & nobody else will ever touch my face with a needle. Forever thanking my best friend who introduced me to this place. The lovely ladies up front always welcome me by name & are so helpful with any questions or future scheduling needs. I’ve never had to wait in the waiting room, so I’ve always felt my treatments were treated as privately as possible. I’m not a private person by any means, but I known people who would value that. The rooms and the office are always spotless. Natalie has been my injector from the start. She is super intelligent & experienced. If you’re interested she’ll talk you through all the veins & parts of your face she avoids when injecting (it’s really interesting & honestly put my mind to ease that she knew what she was doing). She’s filled my lips twice & I’ve gotten Botox once. Natalie is super friendly & does her best to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. She’s mega easy to get a hold of & honestly just an all around nice person. Emily is also amazing. She’s recommended skin care & is the one who has administered my laser hair removal treatments. They’re both very gentle & so caring. I’ve never felt pushed to purchase products or treatments. They’re very open and honest when you ask their opinion on what you think you need done.

I had a Botox appointment with Fatima a couple of weeks ago. She was kind and polite, but I didn’t feel like I received the depth of information I was looking for. When I asked about the differences between neurotoxins, I was only given a personal opinion rather than a clear explanation of the options.

At my follow-up appointment, the experience felt impersonal. Fatima didn’t seem to remember me (she told me she didn’t know who I was) or know I was booked with her, and I wasn’t given clear guidance on where to sit or what to expect. She didn’t take a close look at my face before beginning, and I had to repeat my questions to get clarification on both the treatment, pricing, and general knowledge.

It was hard not to notice the difference in how returning clients were treated compared to me. Unfortunately, the interaction felt transactional and rushed, which left me feeling a bit overlooked.
