EZPAWN (5105 North Shepherd Drive, Houston) — Attraction in Houston

I hope I spell his name right.... Jacobey one of the pawnbrokers there was very helpful and made sure me and my wife received quality customer service. For instance, my wife and I are looking for iMac Ai1 (All in One) desktop. We found one at this location but some issues was going with it, not external or internal. Well the computer was still under admin from previous owner, didn't know until we bought it and took it home. Had to return for that reasons. Jacobey didn't know truly know it was still locked I believe. But he took extra measures to call around and save me time to ask other neighboring pawnshops did they have any for sale. Couldn't get any good results, so he told me that he would keep looking for me. What an exceptional guy and experience. I want to say thank you sir. I will gladly recommend anyone to go there if he is on shift and come back to spend my money...

Absolutely Fabulous.. seriously. Not only was the store aesthetically appealing; organized sections, eye catching displays…( and they weren’t just “eye catching” in a flashy way)… they were clearly curated by someone who cares and took the time to display their inventory!!! Cleanliness 10/10…

on to the most integral part …the team!! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed but in a non pushy relaxed manner. The manager Kat was amazing (and that’s coming from my years working customer service/ food and beverage background).. she is honest and cares about what she’s doing and was very helpful in all aspects! 10/10 will be back and will recommend! Prices are fair and not inflated like most pawn shops trying to nickel and dime you! I cannot say enough about this spot! Literally made my day, the vibe of all of the employees and even the customers in shopping...

This is for Ez pawn location on 45 N and Airline. First of all ive done business with ez pawn for over 10 years. The above location service sucks the staff are rude and u can see and feel the distaste for an African American customer. They will pretend their busy on shelves hold conversations with other Hispanic customer skip over u never ask to help u will give the least they can get away with for ur merchandise. Very nasty disposition and short. My last vist was less than a month and never intwnd to step in that location again. They wont get a dime of my money for anything nor will i ever pawn or sale anything in that location ever again. Management and...
