In order to be a good Muslim and serve your community, you have to be fair and honest. Whatever you serve the people to eat should be the same as the items you serve and eat in your home. But unfortunately, ICNA is serving the trash and expired items to the people. They are wasting money on trashes. This is not in Islam and no good Muslim is allowed to be so unfair to their Muslim brothers and sisters. I saw my neighbor got some stuff from ICNA HILLCROFT, they were all trash and expired items. I can attach some pictures as to prove it. Today’s date is 02/25/23 but look at the dates on the items please. Someone needs to stop this and report it to relevant department. This is a fraud and degrading needy people. I have much to say, but don’t have time. As Muslim it was my duty and responsibility to let the people know about this significant issue. Please brother and sister, do not donate your Zakat and assistance through these people. Your Zakat will not be accepted if these people waste it and do not distribute as it is supposed to be. Please donate your Zakat and other assistance with your own hands to the needy people. Allah (SWT) will rewards you much better than giving your money to these stealers. Look at these attached pictures and see how they deliver your Khairat (Sadaqa) and Zakat. Do you think it is fair and right , that these Charity named organization by trash with your money and donate to the poor people? Are you willing to eat these trashes? Off course the answer is a big NO. Please once again look at this serious issue and don’t let these idiots to waste your Zakat and charities! Thank,

I went here at 1st of June , you can see the pictures all items were expired. (5th may 2024) . They sent text to clients after 3 , 4 or 5 months and gave them expired cakes and cookies , bananas , spices , black and expired walnuts and dry fruit , I think the people are in bad situation and ICNA tries to help them and these people r hungry and need green tea , black tea , sugar , red bean , rice , flour , meat , salt , cooking oil, onions, potatoes . not cake a d cookies or bananas . Some families bring home appliances for clients but they put the old things outside for clients and new items is for those who are their friends and relatives . If someone is agree with me like my review. Thanks

"I appreciate ICNA's efforts in providing food to those in need. However, I noticed that some food items were expired as of 10/31/2024, and some packages were open. This raises concerns about safety and quality. It’s important to ensure that all items are safe for consumption. Thank you for your work, but I hope improvements can be made in this area."

I fell behind my bills and lost my job and then got into a car accident. I became to a point where i don't even have money for food and not even water so I went there today to get some food. I haven't eating for 3 days. I walk there for 45 minutes. When I arrived I was told I had to make an appointment first and that they don't have any groceries( although I Saw some boxes of pasta and other things I can cook.) I was denied food and giving a box of candy and some apple sauce. Also they ask me if I was homeless wich I am olmost am so I Said yes olmost but was giving a judgmental look. I am just wondering that if they are really there to help people that are not need or are do they pick and choose who they want to help. Why even open if they are going to say that they don't have any food. I can't believe people have to make an appointment before getting there other wise you don't get food. What if I didn't have a cell phone. People go there because they are hungry it's cold to be turned away just because you did not make an appointment. I just feel if we say we are going to help people than really...

They are unjust in distributing things, home needs and furnitures they give one person (if they know him many things) and give others nothing. Specially those who are volunteering I saw one of them in Eid share giving a man (Whom she knows) many women’s purses just for him and we claimed this to one of the employee and he said its ok. The line is just a mess many women who came late become the first on the line in front of all . The distribution of the Eid share is chaos and very unfair because who comes first takes more . I had to tear my coupon and leave as many others did because we waited for four hours and then those who came after us took their share before us. In addition to that ,some food are expired. No rules , no good administration and...
