WE Jewelry completely botched a simple watch repair. I needed a band reattached on a Citizen titanium ecodrive watch after the pins broke, and WE Jewelry quoted me one week to fix it and they would have to order the replacement pins. I got my watch back four weeks later, and the pins they installed do not match the original flush pins, they are actually two different pins, and they are so loose they slide out after a day or two of wearing the watch.

When I explained why I was unsatisfied with the repair, I was told, “if you are not happy with the repair, you can buy a new band.”

If I could give 0 STARS I WOULD! My wedding ring is nothing but real diamonds to begin with . One of my diamonds fell out so I went here since my actual jeweler was a hour drive . They replaced it WITH A FAKE DIAMOND! Then when my husband went back they refused to give him a refund and said the only way they could give a refund is they have to take the FAKE DIAMOND OUT MY RING . The guy working didn’t even know what to do so we didn’t want to risk it and he mess up the whole ring . So now we’re out of our money and left with a fake diamond. Ridiculous.
