Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church — Attraction in Houston

Pastor, Cofiels and Senior, Pastor Clemens, and junior pastors are great teachers in the word of Christ at Good Hope MBC ., After moving back to the Houston A town outside of Houston area in 2007 I was driving long distance back to my former church back then, I had the option to visit several churches and the Houston metro area where I did a little on line research and saw reviews. So, I first visited Good Hope and I stayed there. Love is Contagious at Good Hope. The church helps the community and the Metro Houston area, they also help develop schools and churches in Third World countries such as Africa, how awesome. All I can say is an awesome church that believes in helping build relationships and wellness in the community and third world country. In addition, they helped many in the Hurricane Harvey situation and is still helping. They also help the community during special holidays with the kids; such as, Halloween Thanksgiving and Christmas what an awesome church. I am a part of that help and I am proud to be a member at...

I go to Good Hope Baptist Church food pantry. The volunteers are absolute jewels and we are so grateful for you all . We tease the Beautiful Queen who takes care of the cars( ready one car please 😊). The security guys are very respectful and always looking out for us. Bless you Pastor Chris!The manager is our sister in Christ and is just the kindest person. First time visiting and service fine! I will say that my experience with an older lady usher almost made me turn around and leave. Me and my husband waited to be seated and the usher didn’t say hello or welcome us with a smile she came off very unkind. “Go upstairs” is how she greeted us. I replied saying this is our first time visiting can you show up where the stairs is as I didn’t see it and she replied pointing to the stairs “Go upstairs”. As an usher you are serving the Lord and should greet everyone with a smile when welcoming them into the house of the lord.
