I have to give it a bad review. For the entire summer there has been a homeless guy living there. He litters, urinates/defecates and uses the water fountain to bath himself. This park has great potential for neighbors and those who use the trails daily. But how can I bring my kids to play on worn out playgrounds next to a dude that uses it as his home? I submitted this as a report to our council D member's office but have received...
