Neat park, very clean and expansive for as in the city as it is. The only downside is the lack of shade, you really end up sitting in the sun here. Cute park though and a place I enjoy visiting. The elephants and nice to look at, clearly someone put a lot of thought into this place. The parking lot is brick, and they use different shades of brick for the markings in the ground, no paint. Details like that make parks an enjoyable place.

Nice little park with plenty of parking. There are handicapped spots and a bunch of concrete paths that can be used to navigate the park. There are a lot of picnic tables for a lovely little lunch at the park. Beautiful playground for the kiddos! We will be visiting again!

My 4 year old enjoys all the musical instruments and of course the curly slide! Nicely laid out and lit when sun starts to set. They need to treat for fire ants and get some nicer restrooms (port-a-johns only) but other than that we love it!

Ever since they made the updates to the park it is great to walk the paths and see the sun set behind the city skyline in the distance. But what most people don't know is the rich history of the Parks and Recreation building right in the park. Before we established the Space Center off of Nasa Rd. the scientists originally occupied the facility in the mid to late 50s. At the same time the neighborhood of Pine Valley was being built. It is pretty cool to know where the hopes and dreams of the many astronauts and engineers first started and where we are today in the...

Some men keep coming up to me when I am walking around alone not bothering Noone. The other night some guy told me I had to walk on the other side of the park. I couldn't be on that side of the park. So l lifted the park and walked around the neighborhood and got the cops called on me and they took me to the hospital because it not normal for a man to walk to workout in his neighborhood . Sad times...
