It's been 15 years since I've had LCs. I've never liked the pizza much, but wanted pizza and didnt feel like going anywhere else to get it. since this place is closest.. I decided to try it. My daughter and husband love it anyway. As my first time in here though, It'll be my last. Lady at the front had such a bad attitude. Its disgusting to treat customers the way I saw her treating them and thats not even including my experience. When I other people were in so I get in line. Guy in front of me is up to the counter and I get a quick phone call and answer. When she was done with him, I was done with my conversation, but she didn't like that I had the phone up to my ear still or that I was having a quiet phone call in the back by the window while I waited. She said how can I help you.. but sloppy rude with ZERO customer service skills.. I said "hello, pick up for amanda please" . She looked like she was going to say something but then just kept giving me weird looks. She was being so akward it was off putting af. So finally I said is something wrong? She said extremely rude again..how can I help you. I said oh did you not hear me? She rolled her eyes and said no I thought you were talking on the phone. At this point im confused because although sure im holding my phone, ive literally had all my attention to her and the only words that came out of my mouth were "pick up for amanda." Anyway.. I say oh no ma'am I was talking to you, im not on the phone since I was in line. When I spoke, it was because you asked.. how can I help you. she sure did feel some type of way that I was holding my phone. I would have chaulked it up to a misunderstanding on her part, had there not been so much rudeness involved.. but this was so childish and goofy af for no reason and it just doesnt sit right with me.. and all this and ain't even mentioned the burnt af pizza yet. Nah I'm good. I'll take my tooshy back...

Ah, Little Caesar’s, the best of pizza chains. I had the pleasure of ordering a custom two-topping pizza that came with the unexpected feature of no cheese on parts of it and no sauce—despite my very specific request for extra sauce. Truly, a culinary Picasso, with bare patches of dough staring back at me like the hollow void in my soul after taking a bite.
I get it, “extra sauce” is a tough concept to grasp. Why give the customer what they ordered when you could just give them a sad bread frisbee instead? But hey, at least it was consistent… consistently disappointing.
When I called management to politely voice my concerns, I was greeted with the kind of professionalism you’d expect from someone forced to work in customer service but dreaming of literally anywhere else. No apology, no offer to fix it, just an attitude that screamed, “This is your fault for expecting edible food.”
If you’re looking for a pizza experience that makes you question your life choices, Little Caesar’s is the place to be. 10/10 would recommend...
