¡Que Pollaso! — Restaurant in Houston

First time here! I must say this place was very good and appetizing.... I wanna start off by saying that I always see the red bus when I'm passing by Telephone road and Griggs road.... I always say to myself I'm gonna stop one day and try this place... So today was the day I decided to call up my order. When the lady answered the phone... I explained I wanted a mix plate... She proceeded to ask me which mix plate I wanted because they have several... I told here which one I wanted and she said it would be ready in 10 min... So I arrived 10 min later and it was hot and ready... When I opened up my bag it had rice, beans, tortillas, grilled whole jalapeno, grilled whole onion, half grilled chicken, 1/4 pound of sausage and last but not least a half pound of fajitas.. It was a meat paradise. This was the $17 mix plate and let me tell you this was well worth it... My overall experience was great and I would definitely...

The food is usually A1 here but the last order i received was burnt and missing the breast from my 1.5 chickens. I called and let them know and was told to come back and get my order replaced. I called before i came to confirm and was hung up on multiple times because i do not speak Spanish. I got there and nobody know what i was talking about. They wouldn’t listen to me about WHAT my order was and even when i used a translator, i was disregarded like i was not important. People walked up and placed orders and received them while i was told that i have to wait 40 minutes to an hour if i wanted my order remade. They refused to make my order over after i waited the time she asked. The old broad in the pink shirt with the wrinkles was so rude and nasty i lost my appetite. I would probably give more stars if I were getting food for myself. They are really busy; but being an Uber Eats driver, NO TIME FOR IT. Although I have waited for a ridiculous amount of time before, after using my own fuel from long distances to satisfy Uber Eats customers; Uber will penalize me for delays when it is not my fault. The people who operate this place need to be faster and more attentive. There is no reason any one person should be waiting 10-15 minutes for a smaller order then someone with a huge order just jumps ahead. Then, if the customers give me a negative rating because I had to wait EXTRA for their food....obviously, there needs to be a change. Charge these restaurants for not having the food hot and ready for the couriers to transport. They receive the order details before the courier is...
