Amazing experience the overnight lady is extremely nice and responsive to any questions I had . I couldn’t figured out the tv in my room and she came right away . The morning guy is nice as well . I love my stay so much I extendend it two extra days . It’s so convenient to downtown house and other areas . Right off the freeway it’s near a Walmart , Heb , Ross and so many food places . I love they have a fitness room , a washer and dryer down stairs , they sell snacks. And the hotel itself is extremely lit so it’s not dark areas always light. I can’t wait to book again thank you so much for your hospitality . I book to get away from my abusive ex bf tell the police got to my apartment so staying here made me feel safe til I was about to make my restraining order and come back home . Out of the other people reviews my experience was Actually good and this was a last minute booking cause I’m really at Hilton’s girl . But because of the second sense, I was in getting away from my toxic ex I had to book super quickly. I was just gonna book one night and then leave and go to a Hotel that I’m accustomed to but my stay was good that I booked two extra nights here . Like I said this is from my experience everybody experienced things different But one thing I will say housekeeping did their damn thing every time I needed Clean towels or to refresh my room they did it with the quickness. They definitely deserve the tip that they got. And staff was phenomenal. They answered any questions I had and I do like that. They have a fitness center and they have breakfast from 6 AM to 9 AM. To me for the price and last minute is worth it.

Let's start w/ the good things: -was close to the location I had to be at for work -no bugs/insects (that's bare minimum) -got to watch Parks & Rec in the fitness center now I will move on to my unfortunately long list of bad things: -our mattress cover was stained, in multiple places (see pictures). this puzzled me because it's an easy fix: use bleach when you clean, or throw it away and buy new mattress covers -the towels were stained (again, easy fix) -there's a big crack in the bathroom tile (see picture). -there was water pooling in the freezer -there's a "fitness center", but really it's 3 machines and dumbells that go up to 15 lbs. You also have to go to the front desk to get access to it, & notify them when you're done -the "breakfast" is probably the most lackluster thing I've ever gotten at a hotel. coffee was basically water; the eggs were unseasoned; the sausage, abysmal; pecan rolls were probably the saving grace, but they were def little debbies -the room's phone didn't work -the one TV channel I wanted to use in the room was muted/couldn't turn up the sound for seemingly no reason -the location is pretty out of the way of the city's attractions unless you just need a motel/bare minimum type of situation, I suggest going elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I checked into this hotel late last night, around midnight, and was given Room 112. Within 20 minutes, I discovered bedbugs on the pillow after being bitten. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I walked toward the door to turn on the light, I saw a massive roach. At first, I thought it was dead, but then it started moving. Horrified, I grabbed my belongings and left immediately. I called the front desk right away, only to be told to contact the manager in the morning. When I finally spoke with the manager, he was incredibly rude, argumentative, and outright refused to refund my money—despite the fact that I couldn’t stay in such a filthy, disgusting room. To make matters worse, the blanket and sheets were dirty, and the entire room reeked. I ended up wasting $200 on this nightmare of a hotel and had to find another place to stay downtown, which thankfully was clean and free of bedbugs and roaches. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. It’s unsanitary, poorly managed, and a complete scam.

I originally booked a non-smoking 2 bed room for 3 people. Upon arrival I checked in and all was well. Everyone was very nice and professional. Upon entering my room I smelled Marijuana and having asthma and getting a non-smoking room this was unacceptable. Upon calling the front desk they came to check it and was told "sorry people smoke when when they aren't supposed to." I was offered to have the room cleaned again and mentioned smoke does not disappear with a cleaning. Evidenced by the room was supposed to be cleaned and no one thought it was a good idea to report it smelled like smoke or "clean" the smoke.

I was then offered two options which were not to my satisfaction. I was told I could get a refund or a one bed room. As I mentioned we were traveling in a group of 3 hence the two beds. I explained I could not fit with 3 people in one bed. I ended up taking the refund.

I understand I was given a refund, however I was not satisfied with the resolution due to having booked this room well ahead to ensure I received the best rates. I was left stranded where no where to sleep the night and had to figure out where to stay. I was never asked if they could cover and find another hotel for us. I was never asked if we wanted to stay in two rooms with one bed each.

Overall, I will never book a room here again and highly recommend you don't either. It's unacceptable how it was handled and if you are traveling and need to sleep and not stress this is not the place if you...

Terrible service from woman at the front desk. She was rude- claiming that I didn’t pay for the room when I did. And once I showed her the proof and confirmation, she didn’t even apologize. We came from out of town with a few heavy suitcases and even though she saw it, she was us a room on the second floor. Mind you there was no elevator and rooms were open on the first floor. Once we got up, we tried opening a door for a few minutes and it turns out, another guest was staying there. That could of potentially been a dangerous situation-INCREDIBLY dangerous. We had a key and everything. I had to go downstairs and get a new key. That was all an issue in its own but when we finally got to the room, it was DISGUSTING. The pillows were stained with yellow and wrinkly, like they didn’t even clean anything from a prior guest. There was also socks in the bathroom from a prior guest. We also found a bedbug in the pillow sheet and when we asked for new ones, the cleaning ladies look at us like we were crazy. I don’t recommend ANYONE coming here- not even my worst enemy. I’ve seen hostels better than this dump. You’d think that they’d make up for their dirty rooms with stellar service but you get absolutely nothing. For almost a hundred dollars I didn’t expect the BEST, but I’ve paid less for infinitely...
