STAY AWAY.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I brought a new chandelier to Noel over 6 months ago to install an extension rod. We tested the light out before I dropped it off and it turned on without a problem.

A month later he gives me a call to let me know that the light would no longer turn on after he installed the extension but he would be working on getting it operational again.

After months of me following up and getting repeated apologies/non-updates, I went by today to get my light so I could take it somewhere that would actually be willing to help their customer.

He had the audacity to try to charge me for the extension.

I’m worse off now than I was before I put my new chandelier in Noel’s care. Buyer beware I suppose. If you’re looking for somewhere to repair or modify your fixture or lamp, find some place else that values...

The place doesn’t look like much from the outside. Metal building and fenced in parking. Small sign on the door says, Entrance. Once you enter though it’s a whole different experience. Lights on every wall, lights hung from the ceiling, tables filled with lighting catalogs, and a couple of extremely knowledgeable guys to help you find a solution to most any situation. My wife explained generically what she had in mind and, in short order, a dozen different possibilities were laid out for her to look through. Our new fixtures should arrive next week.
