The new owners are nothing but a SCAM!!! I spoke with Veronica regarding my parent's headstone and wanted to know why my mother didn't have the year she was deceased? ? She informed that the new owner's have a 3 party that charges $100 or more for them to add that. Mind you my mother purchased 7 plots along with 2 headstones back in 2002 that was all in her contract at the time of purchased . Her excuse was that the cemetery wouldn't know the year she would be deceased so they didn't charge her. But then again she said that just started with the new owner's. So which is it? Who would buy a headstone without them adding the info? My mother has been deceased since 2014. I'm going to get in contact with the Texas Funeral Service Commission regarding them not binding by...

If I could give a negative star I would! The extreme lack of professionalism from the Vice President, Minnie Saavedra! While we were finishing up our service with a small release ceremony, she came up and began shouting and cursing at us, threatening to kick us off the property, and even having her husband pull out a gun from his car to threaten us. I cannot believe that this is the kind of person in charge of a cemetery and burial services. It's truly disgusting behavior from someone that we paid quite a bit of money to for our funeral and to be treated this way. I feel sorry for anyone that has to conduct business with Minnie Saavedra. Unfortunately your staff is running your business into the grave! Your employee Mini the woman who collects payments is irate and extremely arrogant. I don’t understand how she still has a job and you enable your employees to act this way when people are grieving. She single handedly stirred up an argumente between two families. She yelled and cursed and boasted that she works there and she can do whatever she wants. She rushed the workers to hurry up and throw dirt on our family member who passed away. She taunted and threatened us. I have never seen any employee act this way. Someone needs to do something about her unless your business is ok with promoting this kind of behavior and treatment to your customers. Run away...
