I had a deeply upsetting experience with Dr. Justine Jimenez. Her demeanor was unprofessional and condescending, and I felt belittled throughout the appointment. I believe her behavior was unacceptable, especially considering she works for a government agency and should be treating everyone with respect, regardless of their insurance. After she indicated she would only perform a filling and refer me out for everything else, I declined the filling as well. At that point, her attitude worsened dramatically, to the point where she removed my bib and escorted me out. I was denied referrals or any helpful information. The situation escalated further at the front desk, where Dr. Jimenez confronted me after I made a comment to the staff about her behavior. I felt she misrepresented the situation, claiming I was attacking the front desk staff, which was untrue. The front desk staff even apologized for her behavior, as they had been very welcoming. I had to request my X-rays be emailed, and I received no referrals despite needing further treatment. It seems my decision to decline the filling resulted in me being denied the full scope of services I was entitled to. I intend to report this incident to the Texas Department of Health. I added the photo so if you see her you know 0 out of 10 I do not recommend

Worst clinic ever!! They have you in the waiting room for a half hour then have you in the medical room for over 40mins saying “waiting on your medical records “ they don’t come and check on you or nothing. When I asked if I could leave the original lady that came in the room and walked back out saying she was still waiting on my records and caught an attitude. The doctor that finally came in afterwards said they have 5 people come at the same time and only two doctors. I was pretty frustrated because of already having to schedule the appointments two weeks out I explained to him these things need to be mentioned before having a person waiting over an hour. You’re waiting on medical records from the hospital when I brought the papers from the hospital and told you what was wrong already. Then said I could leave and after I’m already outside you wanna send someone else to say, “ oh you can see the other doctor “. No effin thank you. I got here at 1:53 and now leaving at 3:31. What a complete waste of time.

I strongly recommend this clinic, OBGYN and Pediatric services are amazing. The crew speaks several languages and the attention is the best in the area. You don't have to worry about prices as they evaluate your income to determine fee you have to pay.

Initially, this was ok. Then I noticed it’s only ok when you don’t really have a complaint and you just come in for wellness checkup either for the kids or pregnancy checkup. As soon as your kids have a fever or continuously throw up or you have a complain or question arising from a treatment or surgery given by their doctors, the rudeness starts from the reception. Majority of the doctors and staffs here don’t want to do much , I could point out two very good doctors n staffs here that will take their time to sincerely explain things to you n not tell you to go to Texas Children or push you off into the weekend so they don’t have to do anything. I could come up wt a whole epistle of how each of them behaves n I had their names . This is a 3 year review opinion and it’s sad. Been there this morning , no treatment, again my daughter can’t sleep from the very same complaints I gave the doctor. I’m literally sitting up and holdinr to sleep cause no position is working.trying to avoid hospital cause of covid and all. But as soon as you go to another establishment, they see the very same thing the doctor from hope clinic would not see some hours ago. The treat you like a plaque once u have a complain . Remembering this hurts . Most of them here don’t want to do anything. Had to demand to speak with the manager/director at a point . They come in with minds made up about you . My son was throwing up, we show up AGAIN 4 days later n the doctor that waltzed through the door was so angry that we came again, telling us we should have waited till the next day (Saturday) so we could go to Texas children. Oh, she was combative and rude. I and my husband kept calm, The flu test she ordered, tech came to get it 40 minutes later, by this time my baby had thrown up 3times already. Test shows positive, she comes back wt apologetic face. If you love your kids , look for a clinic filled with human doctors n staffs cause it will make a difference in your sanity. Tried 3 locations, westheimer is worst, doctor asked me to sit upright carrying my baby to sleep just cause she won’t give her any meds, 3days in a row, she’s congested and screaming, can’t sleep, treats you like you luring or something. Told me to bring a video. You see?! Corporate location, rowdy n keep you waiting, bellaire PEads, awesome, tries to be understanding and treats you fast. Explains to you , but the OBGYN, forget about removing your tape or asking questions once you’ve delivered, his MA throw my papers back at the doctors face. Telling him to send you to general, I’m supposed to pay twice to lodge a complaint. My body was shaking that day from the embarrassment and confusion. Even my babies were shaking. Won’t even let him answer any questions after. The Doctor just picked up the papers and gave them back. He couldn’t say anything. I’m not sure what going on there. I was embarrassed in front of my kids. They treat pple like they r walk overs. If it’s a black thing or Medicaid thing, I’m not sure which is the problem. A clinic should treat pple from the go, not just cause tou getting public...

I made an appt with Dr. Hillary Boswell over the phone and when I came in (after 1.5hrs of paperwork and waiting) I was told I would be seeing a male doctor.

I was absolutely not comfortable with this, but another lady came in to talk to me about it and tried to get me to agree to see the male doctor. I felt she was pushy even though she said she understood. She told me that the person who took my appointment never said I would be seeing a female physician, she then asked me if I had made the appointment with the call center or through the HOPE center. How would she know what the person who took my appt said if she doesnt even know who took the call?? Either way, I specifically requested Dr. Boswell and was never told that my physician would not be her, and would in fact, be male.

The lady then tried to tell me I could come back in the afternoon because that's when Dr. Boswell would be in, but I have a job that I need to be at.

I had to take 5 hours of PTO to drive 30 min out, to sit and wait for 1.5hrs, only to be told that I did not have an appt. with the Dr. I requested and had researched beforehand, and that it would not be possible to see a female physician because they didn't have one at the clinic at that time. It was a complete waste of time, gas, and PTO. I will not be going back, and now I have to find a new doctor AGAIN because this place is unprofessional, disorganized, and does not care about the wishes of...

1.The office waiting room is nasty, cloth chairs all have obvious stains. Floors were not cleaned both times 2.The 2 times I went in for morning appointments the restroom was not cleaned. 3. I gave blood work on the 1st visit and the office staff did not fill Out the paperwork work correctly, at least that’s what the nurse said, so I couldn’t get the results of that test. 4.They then sent me next-door to labcorp to Redo the blood work. The Phlebotomist brought to my attention that they gave me paperwork for a different patient. She told me to take it back over so they would know of the mistake. I was frustrated at that point so instead of going back I just tore up the patients paperwork because I wouldn’t want someone else to have my paperwork with my personal information. I called for the results the nurse stated the baby gender which was no where listed on the results. I found a new doctor and transferred records I asked the new office to confirm the gender they said based on the transferred paperwork there’s no gender listed, which looks like they didn’t do a gender test but the nurse at Hope clinic confirmed a gender that’s nonexistent. So I didn’t wanna wait till it was time for delivery for them to tell me “I’m sorry” again so I just found a new doctor. Just sharing my experience, not to say that everyone will have the...
