Jewelry Wholesale Place — Attraction in Houston

They are crooks. I opened a layaway with them and decided I wasn't gonna get the item because I couldn't afford to keep paying on it. I initially requested to cancel and refund but they told me I could only get store credit. So I go up to the store to get something different equal to what I'd already paid on my layaway and they told me I had to pay my layaway off before I could get anything. I couldn't get any merchandise equal to what I'd already paid despite the fact that TWO different associates told me I could. The manager Reyna Barron is a b** to say the least. She basically told me I had to pay off the layaway to get anything. That defeats the whole point. Not one apology for being lied to or inconvenienced. Not to mentioned she waved me off and walked away from me twice. That's not how you treat a PAYING customer. They were still getting business is the part that really makes me upset. I have to suffer for incompetent employees that don't know anything. So now I'm out of $300 and no merchandise and nothing I can do about it.Lying thieves that sell cheap jewelry and overcharge you for it. I regret ever stepping foot...

Awful customer service I brought my movado watch to get repaired from the pin lost in bracelet they told me it was going to be like 20 minutes I was charged in advance $54.12 and then one of the counter helper told me to leave that they didn't want me to be standing there waiting for my watch, I went around and returned 1 hr later, the same woman told me it was not ready that I have to come back after 3pm, Reyna that other clerk told me my perfume gave her allergies when I am wearing a Versace cologne hope I get my watch back and fixed other wise I will file a formal complaint against this place for deceptive business...
