The guy that works in the deli has poor communication skills and does a really bad job at following basic instructions. Since when do you leave the Styrofoam container sitting on the glass with the sides on top. Didn't ask if we wanted to pay for it there , did we want a plastic ware pack so we could eat , did we want some sauces or even if we wanted anything else. He is very rude that isn't the way the workers should be acting. Sell that chicken and the rest of those sides don't just ignore the customer. That mashed potatoes didn't come with gravy since when? I just didn't like the over all attitude he was giving us. If you don't want to work go home. I think at this point Kroger doesn't even care. They do have lots of prepackaged food in the deli area but warm food deli forget it. The chicken looks great but the guy acted like he was taking it home and I was cutting into his meal later. Not sure why I didn't get sauce with them expensive strips but I should have because they was very dry. I think as far as customer service is concerned they failed horribly. As I was leaving I told the security and he didn't even act surprised. He said the man always has a bad attitude let him make it. Let him make it man come on let me make it I was about to buy a family piece chicken box and he stopped me with the way he threw my stuff up on the glass. Like no sir I don't want nothing else from you or Kroger acting like that. So yeah I don't like the deli man but they got good food there if you don't have to deal with anyone to get it.

This is one of the worst Kroger I’ve never went to. Adam and Jesus are the worst manager that refuse my return . I’ve never have any issue with returning something when it’s from another store . I wasn’t near the store I frequent so I just went to this Kroger . They said they can’t refund me item I’ve bought from another store and that it was above $10, which I’ve never heard before . They also said the receipt has pass one week already and that I can’t return past that. They also said the item was $10 so they can’t accept the return . I’ve read the Kroger return policy on their website and it said that I can’t return the an item to any Kroger store and I have 30 days. If you don’t have a receipt and the purchase is above $10, it will be refund as a store credit. So I guess the management don’t know their own policy or they just want to discriminate. It also seems like I’m not the only one that complaint about poor management . If you wanna feel discriminated , go to this one. I’ll be writing to corporate about them . Their name is Adam and Jesus.

I started shopping here years ago because of the great produce they had. Now, they've got the worst around. Moldy fruit, hard as a rock peaches, soggy kale, etc. Also, seems like it doesn't matter what time of day you get there, never a cart in sight. Time to move on to a better store. UPDATE: have been back several times and it seems their moldy produce issue has been resolved. Next, I'll shop for other items they were lacking in quality to see if they've improved. So, I'll upgrade them a star, for now. UPDATE: It looks like they've improved dramatically, their cashiers are actually friendly now, greet and thank you as well. The produce has also improved dramatically. The shopping cart situation has also improved, seems they have their employees go and collect them more often now. Update: seems they've improved dramatically in every category I dinged them on, awesome. The parking is well organized, shopping carts are inside the store now and the shelves are well organized.

Its Manager speaks disrespectfully and rudely to me and even tellls me that she has the right to speak to her customer like that. I was literally in shock!

I literally spend thousands a year in groceries at Kroger and i thought they had some type of training or standards when hiring their employees.

Went to get a few groceries this past Saturday July 15th with my 8 year old and I was in shocked when their FLOOR MANAGER, Grace, spoke to me rudely because I had not seen the sign ( hard to see in a paper and handwritten) that said no cash back in this machine. I requested $20 in cash and I didnt see a sign that was on the right side of the cashier in an area that Its not really easy to see. The employee in charge of the area comes to help me but then she realizes she has to get a manager to assist. When this “manager” ( if you can even call this a manager) approached the machine, first she doesnt even says hi or good morning, and just says: DONT YOU SEE THE SIGN THAT SAYS NO CASH BACK, ?

I was a little in shock first because i had missed the sign and i told her : no I had not seen the sign, then ONCE AGAIN with a rude tone she points with her finger and says again: DONT YOU SEE ITS RIGHT THERE, NOOO CASSSSSHHH BACCCKK

at this point i realized she was literally speaking so rude to me and I was with my 8 year old next to me seeing the attitude and tone if voice of this woman, she seem very upset and agressive; then I told her: sorry mam, i had not seen this and by the way, you dont talk to your customers this way!

You want to know what GRACE REPLY TO me: ?

She said exactly this words: OH YES I DO

at that point i realized not only this lady had huge aggressive language issues but also total lack of respect and customer service

I cant understand how was she even hired, how is she even a floor manager and how she is not embarrased to talk to her customers who actually pay her salary in this way.

My mind was literally BLOWN AWAY , unbelievable to see how employees are so rude to Kroger customers and tells a lot about the whole quality of Kroger and what are they doing to deliver quality. I would not hire people like this to work for me and i doubt ill buy...

I used to frequent this location quite a bit, but have completely given up on this location. The customer service is basically nonexistent. Marybeth (I’m not even sure if that’s her real name bc she doesn’t wear her name plate) is BEYOND RUDE. She has an attitude ALL THE TIME. She usually works behind customer service which is ironic with her attitude. I called the store, & of course she picks up with a rude attitude (shocker). She didn’t even know who was on the phone, but answered very aggressively as if she’s talking on her personal phone. Who does that? If you’re that unhappy, rude, & disrespectful why even work in retail. I asked for her name, but she argued back & forth with me on why I wanted it, & hung up on me. This isn’t a bad day for her, she’s always like this! Smh. I’m officially calling corporate because it’s THAT bad. She’s an awful, rude, miserable person that shouldn’t be working with customers. Also I’m not the only one that has had an unfortunate experience with her. Others have voiced their opinions as well about her while we waited in line. Like I said, she probably gave me a fake name, but she works behind the customer service booth, Mexican big boned girl with long dark wavy hair, & she usually has a stank face on. The only GOOD employee is this younger, tall, Mexican guy with glasses that I believe is a manager. He’s very helpful, nice, & treats people with respect. Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the one good employee which isn’t enough to keep...
