Always clean , friendly, and good donuts/food. *Updated review I will never be back . I was OVERCHARGED , 68.50 for a order I had to wind up paying with my other card because they maxxed out the one I gave them intially. It took calling , going back and forth up there and the ladies son to finally get me back my money. Over Two months to be exact. I had my bank statements, and the dispute letter /resolution letter . Its crazy to call a customer a liar and their bank as well just because you think that you can't make a mistake. They were hostile and rude for no reason . You took MY MONEY , YOU OVERCHARGED ME !!! I used to go there all the time and see the interactions with other customers as I was shopping. Maybe she felt I shouldn't shop there because of the area . Peoples true colors come out when its a mistake they made . Shame...

I’ve been driving by Bakery Donuts for some time and finally decided to stop in today—on the day Hurricane Beryl is hitting, no less! To my surprise, they were open and serving with a smile. The staff was incredibly friendly, and being the only open place within 5 miles was a lifesaver.

In a neighborhood that has seen a lot of places come and go, Bakery Donuts is a stalwart. Others love the apple fritters, but the blueberry cake (glazed or unglazed) and cinnamon crunch cake are my standouts. Each is fantastic in its own right, with a crunchy outside and a perfect crumble on the interior. Chocolate cake donut enthusiasts also tell me those are “honestly, perfect” and “oh, wow.”
