the food itself is good, but.....drive thru takes forever, they hardly ever get my order right, have to ask for everything,... . every time I come here I complain, but I always come back.
workers are NOT rude, but I can tell they want the day to be over, or at least the lunch rush...
update: 07/12/17 - I must be a glutton for punishment because they got my order wrong again. fml👦🔫
update: 05/17/18 - I've been here a couple more times since my last update, but this time was actually a good experience. drive thru was quick. I went inside tho. the line moved fast , orders were being filled fast.was in there maybe 5 min, order came out right. cashier was pleasant.
Updated :07/22/2021 - I’ll start by saying that i have been back to this location several times. And every time everything went well. Order was right, quick, staff was great. This weeks experience was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I went in on a Tuesday around 630pm. Had to wait 15min for spicy chicken. I think the girl read my mind because the girl gave me something to drink while i waited. I get to where i was going and i didn’t even get the spicy chicken i waited for, which wasn’t even for me. Needless to say i was upset and disappointed, so i did something i normally wouldn’t do. I called to complain to the manager, just so u can vent. She ends up saying she would put my name in “the book” and she would comp me the same meal and as long as i said my name was in the book. Even though i didn’t want Popeyes i went to claim the meal i was promised. And, that’s right, my name was not in the book and i ended up paying for a meal. I hope to never go to this location again. Read moreFood is excellent, however if you order the shrimp, they only give you one 1.5 oz container. That left me with half of my shrimp without sauce. Hence, I had to go up to the counter, wait behind other customers, just to get extra sauce. As for the service, it was entirely confusing as my meal wasn't all served at once. As all the items ordered weren't available at that time. Being that I was dining inside, I told them that I would wait for those items. When some of my items were ready for me to eat, they were placing it in a bag as I had to remind them I was dining inside. After I sat down I noticed that they didn't provide me with the 2 small containers of Gravy. So I had to go back up to the counter to ask about it. Here I found out that the cashier didn't even ring it up on my order. They didn't even provide napkins, straw, or lid for my drink. Only to be rudely told to look behind me. Off to side, opposite of the beverage dispenser, on the top of a low wall divider was where those items were. The napkins however were not anywhere. So I had to go back up to the counter to ask for the napkins, only to witness that they keep the napkins behind and below their counter. The dining area wasn't clean. They only have enough dining area to sit 10 people inside, and 30 people outside on long metal picnic tables. No one was sitting outside as it was cold and windy. With chicken being the primary menu item, I looked to see where the restroom is, so I could wash my hands and get some paper towels to clean my table. Surprisingly, there is no restroom at this location. Thus, they should have provided those packaged cleaning wipes. Atmosphere... crowded, dirty, loud and small. The only saving grace for this location is the food itself as it is quite good...

Great customer service from the guy in the drive-thru: quick and attentive; and they all seemed to be working as a team as the food was hot and fresh. Most of the time the food/flavor at this location is inconsistent, but today it was delicious and my red beans were not runny-finally! I received all condiments that I asked for and the apple pie was actually in the bag!
Original post: Just left Popeyes drive-thru today 12/28 @ 7pm, thank you to the 2 cashiers (inside and in the drive thru) who remained kind and professional when I came inside to let them know one of my items were missing. Unfortunately, I heard remains staff member complaining about my large order in the drive-thru so I knew what to expect when I walked in…and sure enough! the grown woman with 2 pigtails made a rude comment about me as I walked in while rolling her eyes, “Ugh she looks like she coming in for a problem”. I responded to let her know that I heard her and said, “Yes, in fact I do have a problem, my red beans are missing”.
Before I left I told the cashier, “Hey just so you know everyone can hear her talking about the customers through the drive-thru’s microphone”.
Manager needs to fire her, I could tell that she’s killing the morale with her negative attitude while everyone else is actually doing their job and handling complaints professionally (because addressing customer issues is part of the job).
