Lowe's Garden Center — Attraction in Houston

I and my husband just left this crabby place and got extremely upset. We bought 2 outdoor rocking chairs but can't take it out because they were strapped together in a big old stack right in the front of their entrance. We paid for those chairs at at 9:00pm the cashier told us just wait for a few minutes so he could get somebody to undo the strap so we could get the chairs. He approached one lady in store's uniform and told her we need to get the chairs, she told him to page Mr. Joe so he could help us. Almost 10 minutes later when Joe show up but he told us he need to get the key, he went inside to get the key. We kept waiting for about 10 minutes, Joe still not back yet. So my husband went inside to look for him when he sees my husband he point his finger to the woman (who told the cashier to page Mr. Joe) that he needs to get the key from her. She turned around and said give me a few minutes. Five minutes passed by, she didn't bother to give Joe that dam key but walking up and down doing nothing. Getting a little upset my husband asked the cashier again, now the cashier went to that B. to ask for the key. Same answer, give me a few minutes. Then another cashier approached her, she said the same thing...give me a few minutes.

Thirty minutes passed by, my husband blood pressure raised so high, he got pissed off, so he decided to get his refund back. I waisted 45 minutes to wait for that B. Walk up and down the hall doing her fashion show rather than give the man the key so the customer can pick up their purchased merchandise. How on earth that B still working in that store and held on the key. Very bad service, actually she doesn't care customer...

This place is crap. I've been waiting for 30 minutes now to get help. Pressed the button about 5 times in the area that I am at. I am still here waiting to see if anyone shows up. Tic toc. I'm leaving to go to a different Lowe's. I've wasted about the same time earlier today trying to wait for help. Why I thought it would be any different hours later was stupid of me. Anyway, this place sucks. Go to a different Lowe's location to avoid wasting time. The managers need to make sure they actually have workers in each department. Anyway, leaving now. Still no help. This is the worst run big box store I’ve ever been to. Never anyone to check you out. I’ve walked out two times after such indifferent service to collect your money. Maybe they can’t attract the knowledgeable people that the local hardware stores have, but anyone can run a check out with a little training.

Also their stock organization is terrible. Things out of stock with no clue when they will be restocked. Mediocre selection of items. The chain is not bad but this store is...
