I have been dealing with Mosqueda's Jewelry on Broadway and on 1960 for many years. I had a ring sized with my own ring that I was wanting to use in redesigning my new ring. Meaning they used the bottom half of the gold to size another ring I had. The remaining fold and diamonds on the ring I used was keep by E. Mosqueda and put into there safe for safe keeping until I was ready to make my newer ring. I was ready this year only to be told that my diamonds have probably been used because I had not come back sooner. I was told they would be keep safe no matter how long I left them there and that I could trust them to keep them safe. DON"T trust them! I thought E. was a friend and he totally pulled a fast one. I tried calling them through out the years and I even had Mosqueda's on 1960 make me a cross pendent and continued my dealing throughout the years with this location because it was closer. Every time I asked M his brother to call to get the diamonds moved E. would say for me to call him. I would call and call and call he was always busy and never called me back. On the last called he was very ugly to me and said that he would look when he had time and they had probably already been used 12 princess cut good size diamonds!! that sat in a stair steps (3 steps) on each side of band-2 on each step! He said he would let me know and for me to come up there! Why would I go there when he verbally assulted me over the phone and made me cry! STILL NO PHONE CALL on if he found them or not. I'm contacting a lawyer! BEWARE of who you trust! Great Family!...
Read moreTook watch in for new battery. As she was struggling to get back off, I told her how my other watch was ruined because they tore up the O rings. I mentioned that this watch had never had the back removed. I asked her if the O ring was damaged as she finished? She lied to me right to my face. A day later as I began my vacation, I notice my watch was completely filled with moisture. I called them. Took it back a week later, I explained how I was lied to and that to prove it, I wanted jeweler to remove the back and show me the inside of case. The man with a complete disrespect for myself and my 450.00 Titanium watch, throws it on the counter and says, "Take it someplace else." They have the Baptist literature, just not the Baptist integrity. If you are looking for characteristics of deceit, duplicity and a lack of integrity in your jeweler, then I recommend this place. Please tell them, "You were...
Read moreI had jeweley repaired there for over 15 years. One day I took my wedding ring I had designed to him to have new prones put in. I had 1.2 carat diamond in the center and two carats inlayed on the sides. I went back there a couple of years later to have it appraised. They told me the center diamond was.75 I told them they switched my diamond then. I never thought he would does this to me. I paid 2, 000 for that diamond alone. When I said he switched it out, he called me a racest. Really after coming here for over 15 years you would say that. They know how to steal. They give you a reciet and no info. If it weren't for the time frame and I hadn't lost my reciet for my diamond I would have sued. I hope they can live withselves. God will judge them one day!!!! Please don't take your diamonds to the store. If you do, have...
