I absolutely love the interactive and engaging atmosphere of The R.O.C.K church's worship service. As a young person, it can be hard to find a church that's not stuffy or super traditional but it's geared toward reaching the next generation. At the ROCK, it's evident that they are making sure the young and the old have a place to worship and learn about God. The people are friendly and receptive. They even have people dedicated to interacting and engaging with people who stream in to the service online. The music department is excellent and so diverse with a band and a DJ! I also love the young lady dancers. You can tell they are not just performing but they are moved by God to minister before the people. And then OMG... the Pastor, Dr. Dana Carson, is so on point with teachings that are biblically sound, 21st century relevant, thought provoking and spirit-filled! If you don't want to just go to church as usual but you want to understand the Bible, how to apply it to your life and you want to experience God in a real way... then The Reflections Of Christ's Kingdom (The R.O.C.K) is the place...

There is a place for everyone to fellowship and this church appeals to a specific crowd. The praise team sings and dances at the same time, much like a musical. Yes outfit changes included. Then there are the social media ministers who sit in front tweeting, messaging, and posting to those who join the service from around the world on apple computers. Then there is the DJ who scratches, mixes, and brings the congregation to C-Walk, bounce, jump, and slide to christian music. Dr. Carson is a great speaker and I truly enjoyed his message. What turned me off were the many comercials to buy his books, buy t-shirts his son made, and take advantage of the cafe that is right on campus. It was a bit much for me considering I come from a region where this is not common. Notwithstanding this church is appealing to a specific generation so I am happy it exist. For those who like the above formentioned, I encourage you to attend you will not be disappointed! God...
