Road Runner Express — Attraction in Houston

The estimate for 2 cars was for $1165 for open truck and $644 more for enclosed truck for total $1809, but when I called Esteban Mejia jacked up the price to $2186.

The reason I accepted the new price from Esteban Mejia was that he said the enclosed truck has a lift and there won't be any problem loading my cars, since one of my cars has only 2.5" clearance from the ground.

I told Esteban what if a truck shows up without the lift, Esteban Mejia said, it is not going to happen, the enclosed truck comes with lift and could carry 4 cars. So I trusted the guy Esteban Mejia.

Eventually I got an email from Adelina Jackson that a carrier has been assigned. I was going to make sure that the enclosed truck has lift so I sent Adelina Jackson 2 emails and requested to let me know for sure that enclosed truck assigned has a lift. I never ever got any response from Adelina Jackson.

Guess what, an enclosed truck shows up and has NO lift, just ramp. They mislead and tell you whatever to get a business. It works for a short time, but not...

Terrible experience before even receiving the service. They provide false information to entice you into booking the transfer and then never respond to your messages. They claim it’s not guaranteed that your car will be picked up on the "ready" day, a term they use to deceive you into booking. Later, they inform you it could take up to 10 days from the "ready" day to the actual pickup. Who knows if they will ever deliver your car. The operator was extremely rude and hung up on me twice.
