This was a disappointing experience. I love Brazilian steakhouses, and personally this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with service.
For starters, I reserved a table 36 hours prior, showed up, and the hostess could not find my reservation. I showed her the reservation on my phone and finally she found it.
We went to the salad bar first, and it was well stocked. The lobster bisque was great. When we were ready for meat, we gathered our plates and put them to the side. I had to go grab us all fresh plates (which is fine, every place does things different and I figured this may be how they did it). We had a stack of plates on the corner of our table, and the meat servers (I don’t know their exact term) come by and showed nothing but frustration and annoyance. Or server looked at the plates multiple times, ignored them, and then I was scolded by the meat servers for plates being on our table and they could not serve us as there was no place for them to place their base plates.
This led to a guest of mine going and having a word with the manager as she was finally frustrated with the constant attitudes. Please note, at this point, the restaurant was not busy.
After that, service did get a bit better. One meat server was very kind and I watched him quickly move around to ensure everyone at the tables he served received hot meat. The condescending and rude attitude from our server and other meat servers remained.
At the end of our meal, I paid and tipped. Went to place a to go order at the bar, and the bar tender did not seem to know what she was doing. A 5 minute task to 20.
All in all, here are the pros and cons:
Pros: 4:30pm was not too busy. Salad bar was well stocked. The plantains were amazing! Unique Brazilian lemonade (it doesn’t have condensed milk). After my guest complained, the manager did check on us.
Cons: their service was horrible (coming from someone from the food industry). Their speed to get things done was at a slow pace. The meat from the beginning was always cold until the other meat server started coming to us. The “doneness” of the meat was inconsistent (medium rare was mostly blue rare or medium and medium was either blue rare or medium rare). Their servers and bar tenders seemed lost.

The wait wouldn't have been so bad if the bartenders acknowledged us for a second. Different couples gathered around us and ordered drinks just fine but not sure why no one ever asked us what we wanted to drink. I spent 15 minutes keeping my eye on them so I could give them the nodd or wave or even the "excuse me sir/ma'am" to get their attention so we could order. But the moment he was done with what he was doing he would ask someone else what they wanted to drink or someone else would get his attention. I never felt so invisible at a bar before. He never even greeted us when we sat down. It was obvious we wanted to order and not just sit to wait because I looked for a drink menu when we arrived and spent about 5 minutes looking at it. He was literally directly in front of us the entire time. I can't say the race factor didn't cross my mind for a split second because I really just didn't understand at all why we were being ignored. He seemed a bit overwhelmed fulfilling drink orders for the waiters/ waitresses too. I kept making excuses for him "oh he's just really busy" but a new group would arrive and get their drink orders right away. We eventually gave up trying to order drinks at the bar and were going to leave because we grew impatient waiting for a table and expected subpar service while dining too. Others after us were being seated first but I kept thinking maybe the headcount matters. Must be more difficult to obtain a table for 2? Luckily, they called our names just in time. We enjoyed the salad bar, the pork chops, dinner rolls and the service from our waiter. However, the lamb was dry/overcooked, the garlic beef was too chewy/tough, the filet mignon was way too salty (it was wrapped with bacon plus salted on the outside. The saltiness from the bacon was enough), and the Moscato tasted almost like Prosecco because it wasn't as sweet. Honestly, not sure if I'd come here again for date night. Read moreTonight I had the worst dinner experience ever with my husband celebrating our 4th anniversary. To be honest they started really bad giving us lamb but telling us was beef picanha, burned. Then they came with a plate of mashed potato with a short hair on the top. To end the night the desert never came. We called the manager “Luis” and he was very rude, told us that corporate make them to allow so many reservations that they can’t handle it well. Finally we didn’t get the anniversary discount because something wrong with a code. Could be worsd?
Quiero expresar mi completo descontento con el mal uso de los alimentos en este local comercial con sus términos de carne al igual su manejo de rotación por las mesas de los que sirven las comidas lleve a mi esposa a celebrar nuestro aniversario y su cumpleaños pero nunca llegó el pastel sorpresa y tampoco obtuvimos el descuento members por no llegar el código el manager LUIS no supo manejar esta situación y la atención inmediata de su personal y sus clientes aparte los costos excesivos de 50 $ por plato la factura no especifica su costo unitario el anfitrión nunca informa el costo o al menos indicar las diferentes ordenes para cancelar costos o simplemente retirarse publican en sus páginas ofertas falsas las atenciones para un cliente VIP no es la más viable para volver a dicho local pasar un mal momento en in día especial no lo voy a permitir
I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with the misuse of food in this commercial establishment with its terms of meat as well as its management of rotation by the tables of those who serve the meals I took my wife to celebrate our anniversary and her birthday but she never came the surprise cake and we did not get the members discount because the code did not arrive the manager LUIS did not know how to handle this situation and the immediate attention of his staff and customers apart from the excessive costs of $50 per plate the invoice does not specify its unit cost the host never inform the cost or at least indicate the different orders to cancel costs or simply withdraw they publish false offers on their pages the attention for a VIP client is not the most viable to return to said place to have a bad time on a special day I...
