Horrible location. I mean this is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I work for a nearby hospital and this is unfortunately the closet food place to my hospital. I always have an issue. Today I ordered and the food wasn’t even hot. Anna the manager was extremely rude and barely listened to anything I had to say when I called. So I went back to return to food and ask for a refund, again very rude . She then had the audacity to say I always complain. I asked her if she thought I like wasting my time to complain about their food? Having to come back and get refunds on meals that I did not touch? Over a less than $4 meal? Who does that? A person will continue to complain until an establishment can fix their issues. Then to make matters worse, she initially refused to refund my food. Staring because it was a mobile order she couldn’t refund it. Lies, what I know you can do is either give me back my refund in cash or gift card. Anyone who knows anything about mobile order is you have to use a gift card to purchase food. Then I went inside to talk to the other supervisor who stated he told her to give me a refund yet she wanted to act like she is smarter than I and pretend she couldn’t do it.. I did get my refund not before giving her an ear full of how rude she is. I deal with people every day so I know how to talk to people. It was unnecessary for her to act that way with me. You do not give me free food. Either you all have remade my food or given me a refund. So clearly I’m not complaining to get anything free. But rest assure I will never go back to this location. My co workers will never go back to this location. My hospital gives them business because we have no choice because it’s the closest one to us. But it ends today. They can keep their poor quality food and rude staff memebers...
Read moreEDIT: It has been impossible to order from JUST this one specific Sonic location for AGES now on the Sonic App. It's always just "we're experiencing technical difficulties".
Ordering from OTHER Sonic locations works fine, and my app is completely freshly installed and fully updated, so I know 100% for sure that it's a problem with this location specifically.
Not being able to order in the app makes Sonic borderline useless, because now my girlfriends and whoever else can't just put in their weird orders and I go pick up all our food. I can't remember all the specifics of what they want, and I'm not about to sit there and try to communicate all that craziness though a terrible drive-thru speaker. They don't even have their drive-thru screen working.
I don't WANT to rate Sonic harshly, but what am I supposed to do when the reality is that it's almost useless to us now?
2 stars overall because of the broken online ordering rendering the place almost useless.
3 stars for service, again, just because of the broken app, but the staff themselves seem good. The staff don't seem like the problem at all....unless they somehow broke the online ordering.....

How would I review Sonic? Hmmm... They have some absolute trash tier food. But it's very tasty trash tier food. And they do a phenomenal job with drinks and ice cream. And it's all pretty cheap.

There is always 2 people working when i am ordering, not to mention i’m usually on my lunch break so i don’t have a huge amount of time. There is also a one lane drive through so even if you’re tired of waiting an excruciating amount of time you have no option but to stay in line and suffer. The quality of the food is okay. I mainly order ice when i come and each time i’ve had to wait around/approximately 10 minutes to order and 10 minutes to receive the order. If the owner of this establishment doesn’t see a major issue in that then this particular location will not make it far. I won’t even dive into the customer service, these workers are of course are over worked and ripping and running trying to get these many orders out to the best of their abilities, i’m sure!
