Adventure Playground Systems — Attraction in Houston

Daria quoted us on a new playground. Her price came in competitive so we decided to go with the company. The system came in early and looks great. However, they did not put up construction fence to keep people out. They also left the area a mess. She did not quote or even offer to quote cleanup or laying down of new mulch to make sure the playground could be used. It’s a disaster now she’s quoting $14,000 additional dollars to clean up and do mulch. I don’t feel like she informed us of everything we needed. When I called her after installation she wouldn’t even slow down to listen to who I was. I feel like this company was very unprofessional and helpful.

Additional note after company response: I will not change the review as I stated we did not enjoy our experience with the company. Yes we had someone uninstall the old playground but we never were asked about Re mulching after the install or quoted on it . We never were warned it would be left like this after installation. My department has been using Adventure Playground Systems for the new playground equipment since 2024. This company may have great prices, but the AMAZING communication between staff is the true selling factor! Our department has obtained multiple bids, researched several companies, and much more. Personally, I couldn't be happier with this company. I specifically worked with Irslan on multiple projects who made sure there was clear communication between his company and our office from Day 1. It was so nice to make a phone call and reach a "real" person vs a service operator. Adventure Playground Systems provides clients more than competitive prices, they offer low income communities a way to grow. If you're thinking of building a new playground addition in your area, this is the company to "grow" with. You're not just treated like another "number"...you're treated with kindness...

We had a shade installed and everything was fine up until the install. They charge you to send someone out there to mark pipes, cables, etc before digging. Someone came out and did the markings, but when they came to drill they hit the main water line. This ended up causing the water for the entire shopping strip to be out for 6 hours. We own a dog boarding facility, so water is vital, but luckily we had reserved. We asked to be refunded the money for paying someone that clearly didn’t do their job and they said no.
