Please beware this location stole my money and refused to give me my food!
I came into this establishment to order a sandwich and in the process of ordering the employee was having a challenge taking my order because of limitations with understanding English. When I got to the register and paid for my order I looked at the receipt and noticed additional charges for add-ons that I did not ask for, nor were even in my sandwich.
When I asked why was I charged for multiple items that was not requested on my order, the employee called over the manager. Whom had blond hair and was of Indian decent.
She was extremely rude upon approaching me. When I asked questions about the charges pertaining to my receipt she raised her voice at me.
Because of the rude nature of this exchange I asked for my money back. I didn’t not even touch the sandwich for it was still in the possession of the employee. The manager refused to refund me and asked me to call a number on the receipt if I wanted a refund.
I called the number per her instruction and someone answered the phone and hung up. I went back to the manager and requested a refund and she said she was not going to refund me because I was rude to her employees.
Not one time was I rude to anyone during this exchange I simply asked for a refund. When she refused I contacted the police ( which never came to the incident). I expressed to the manager that I would contact the police if she did not refund my money. She then changed her reasoning for not refunding my order claiming that I threw my order at her and that if I contacted the police she would tell them that I attacked her.
It is not even in my character to attack someone. I went to my car to wait for the law enforcements and called my daughter to come wait with me. The manager came outside of the establishment while I was waiting my vehicle banging on the window of my car and telling me that I need to leave or she is going to tell the police I attacked her.
By this time my daughter arrived and tried to de-escalate the situation but she kept getting in me and my daughter’s face screaming at us. Telling my daughter that I attacked her and that I was rude to her employees and that she is not going to refund me nor give me my order.
For me and my daughters safety we left the establishment and as we were pulling out of the parking spot she came out and started dancing and taunting us.

Read moreI come to this subway so much the tall girls literally know my order. I am so disappointed. I went there earlier today in the drive thru because I messed up my leg and no one helped me. I came again a few hours later and no one helped me. The lady finally came out when someone went in but she kept looking at me for about 10 minutes. Not helping me. She could have at least came to the window and said something. At this point I was frustrated and only wanted corporates number. She refused and act like I wasn’t there. I only went in to ask for corporates number and Maria literally ignored me since I stepped foot in the door. I was in there for an hour asking for corporates number. And she treated me like dirt. Smirking at me. She told a new customer that she couldn’t speak English, that’s why she didn’t help me. But I have everything on video- even her speaking perfect English to other customers. The manager came in and ignored me. Not to hear me out or anything but treated me like I wasn’t a customer. I asked for corporates number and he refused as well. I asked for a pen to write their names down and Wendy took the pens and put them behind the counter- being ugly. I reached over and took one and that’s when they called the police. She started yelling at me to get out and I’m never welcomed there. I hope their cameras have audio to pick up what I didn’t record cause I promise this going to civil court. Read moreI stopped by today since I heard my regular Subway near work closed. I loved the manager (Miss D), the store was always clean, it was convenient and the service was very good. Miss D now works at this store I visited today, but it doesn't have the same "feel" as the other store. I got the idea Miss D was not managing this location - not the same good energy nor cleanliness. The guy who made my sandwich is not trying to get the "Sandwich Artist" of the year award. I wish they would make the sandwiches as if they were going to be pictured or at least make them as if they were going to eat them. I guarantee that would stop the sloppy sandwich makers! One bite and my toppings were falling out of the bread. No one likes mayo all over their hands - it should stay on the bread! He also had no clue what went on the sandwich I ordered, even though I repeated it 2x. He kept trying to add meat that was not part of the sandwich (according to me AND according to the menu board). I like the new concept Subway is taking with the 12 new sandwiches, it's just the care they are lacking. This particular Subway has a drive thru. That's not important to me for a Subway shop because I like to see the toppings in person. Some people may enjoy the convenience though. Hopefully Miss D's presence will change this location...
