Family fun with variety of activities. We went for their soft opening and had a blast. Fairly large facility with a different jumping and climbing options ranging including go karts, ropes course, zip line, obstacle course, dodge ball, and climbing walls. Since we went for the soft opening and could access all the premium options, activities like the go karts were busier than I would expect normally. However, they overstaffed so there were no major bottle necks. We started at the go karts since that was close to the entrance. It would be helpful to have a cubby for phones and personal items since they recommend not have those in your pocket. The electric karts were very slow. Someone is actively controlling the speed of each cart. You could allow for higher speeds if you spread out the karts more. We tried the ropes course and the zip line next. There’s a fair amount of prep time putting on your harness so I would do the zip line several times while you have your harness on. I would also make sure to wear shorts or pants that are comfortable with a harness as you have straps all around your business. We tried the obstacle course next. There are four lanes that have elements similar to a ninja warrior course. People really wanted to race their friends but since the lanes are different it’s not a fair comparison. There is a timing feature that no one used or paid any attention to. The shelf on the warrior lane is very difficult. I didn’t see anyone successfully navigate that. The variety of obstacles was fun and we tried all the lanes. We went to the climbing wall area next. You harness up again, but there are a bunch of different walls and activities it’s worth the harnessing time. The see through climbing wall is fun to race against someone. We also did the battle bat-tons and the other trampolines. All in all we had a lot of fun. Things seemed to go smoothly which is impressive for such a large facility on opening day. There was a line for the food, but I would imagine the will ramp up staff as it’s added revenue. Tons of free parking.

We had a birthday party on Saturday July 19, 2025 and our party host was Shailyn (sp?) Let me start off by saying we could not have asked for a better party host. He was very attentive, catering and helpful. I forgot a candle for the cake and he found one. The cake was ice cream cake and needed to be frozen and he was happy to accommodate that for me. I also needed tape to hang a banner and he was quick to find some for me. Things were a little chaotic for me and he was my right hand man, in the moment- he saved the day! The facility was nice and clean. Plenty of activities for the kids and they all had lots of fun. There were two small issues but nothing that would keep us from going back. The elevator was out of service and our elderly relative had a hard time getting up the stairs. There are 2 flights of them when you first get there and then our party room was upstairs, so a third flight in our case. And second, in the climbing area, I feel like there should be time limits on some of the attractions. We witnessed a young boy go up and down one of them for 30 straight mins (not exaggerating) while a line formed. The attendants were not paying attention and were too busy chatting. Other than that, everything was great and we even bought a summer pass to go back!

I'm not big on writing reviews, but I was impressed. Let me say it's a huge and clean establishment. We were greeted by the staff at the front desk with a friendly welcome. We were checked in by Juliana, then guided upstairs by Caden (I asked names because of the friendliness). The staff was attentive and respectful. I'm nosey, so I watched the interactions of the staff with the kids and professionalism did not disappoint! My niece and nephew did not want to leave.!!!!!!!!The cafe's wait time wasn't long. We ordered pizza, cotton candy, and slushies. The prices weren't outrageous for combos either (about $11). I asked to speak with the manager to let them know how pleased we were with our experience. I believe her name is Shawna (sorry if it's butchered) she was talkative and laughing with me. She let me know to ask any staff member if there was anything we needed or had questions or comments about the park. Overall, I love the go-karts and bumper boats too. Oh yeah, there's adult beverages!

This past weekend was my son’s birthday and we celebrated at Urban Air. Given that it’s a very new location, I fully expected some growing pains, but they 100% exceeded all of my expectations.

My sons are frequent jumpers at a trampoline park in another town that we occasionally visit, so we have been eager to find a good park closer to home. We’ve tried a few over the past few birthdays, and although they served their purpose, they never wowed us enough to make us want to visit again—plus, they were much farther away than we wanted to drive. When we saw that the Urban Air in the Heights would be opening this summer, we were ecstatic. As soon as the birthday parties opened for booking, we booked the ultimate package for my son. This includes all attractions except for the Go-Karts, which we were not too worried about since our children aren’t big enough to drive anyway (if your party-goers want to go on the go-karts, they can pay the difference, and kids can ride along with adults). The prices are on Urban Air’s website and include ten kids.

On the day of the party, check-in was quick and easy—our hostess promptly brought us to our room to get set up and gave wristbands and socks to the kids so that they could get started. The park completely blew us away when we walked in. We were expecting it to mostly be a trampoline park with a few other attractions, however, I’d say that maybe a third of the park is trampoline (with dodgeball, jousting, basketball, and an area for smaller kids), a third is for climbing (there are both individual walls and an area that kids can climb together in) and an overhead ropes course (with a zip line that goes over the park), and there are bumper cars and a HUGE go-kart track that travels throughout the entire park. Every parent who attended our party said that they want to have their birthdays here, too!

Our party hostess (I believe her name was Adrianna) was wonderful and accommodating. When I brought in my own decorations, she insisted on setting them up so that I could greet the other parents. She was on top of the pizza and cake serving, making sure that everybody received their share. On top of all of that, she was SO kind to our group. After our two-hour timeslot, she helped us migrate all of our things to a new table where our group could continue to hang out. The party wristbands cover the kids all day, so we spent a ton of time there even after our party was over. Our kids absolutely loved the climbing area and jousting.

A few additional logistical things that people might be interested in—the facility has a HUGE parking lot which is partially covered. The park is elevated, so climbing stairs or taking an elevator is required to get in. As I mentioned previously, the park is absolutely enormous with lots of activities, so it’s important to keep a close eye on any younger children because they can disappear in a pinch.

We are definitely going to be back to Urban Air and will likely also be getting memberships after the summer is over. We had such a wonderful time and were very impressed by the facility and staff. We also saw that there are fundraising opportunities for schools, so any moms on their school PTOs...

Ts place horrid buddy boi ;-; FIRST OF ALL when i walked in, the FIRST thing i see a long line. like boi why is this one family taking 67 ages. they had 17 kids bro. THEN the reception guy kept messing with my friend. bro he does NOT have rizz. THEN WE GO UPSTAIRS AND HAVE TO COME DOWN CUZ THEY DIDNT GIVE US SOCKS. LIKE THATS UR JOB BROO. ALSO they did not disclose the fact that we had to pay a whopping $4 EXTRA FOR THESE BRAND SOCKS???? BOI WHAT DA HAILLLLLL. THEN we go to jump, and its all diddly and dandy. We are having an absolute and complete BLAST just hopping and skipping about the trampolines. We decide to go on the zipline. I get harnessed and notice my harness is UNUSUALLY LOOSE. LIKE BRUDDA DID I COME HERE TO ZIPLINE OR TO ZIPDIE AMIRITE? Im fiddling with the straps and they lit come off like the entire harness just drops to the floor. im feeling so unsafe so i call another worker and im like what the fein is this supposed to be this feining lloose and shes like, nuh uh. So I go on the zipline and these crazily designed harnesses and EXTREMELY unpleasent in the wrong places. but thats neither here nor there. THEN after a few more minutes of diddling and doodling, me and my friends go to get some water... agua... LEAU. oh boi let me tell you... that was a HUGE MISTAKE. we were ABSOLUTELY AND COMPLETELY PARCHED OUT OF OUR MINDS when the worker decided to fiddle with our cups. we asked politely these 2 lads. these 2 GENTS for some water. ice cold mouth watering water. he gets the cups for us, fills it with ice AFTER OUR THIRD TIME ASKING AND TELLING US TO GET OUR OWN. LIKE BOI U WORK HERE?? anyway, he fills my cup with water, then POURS IT OUT IN FRONT OF ME AFTER PRETENDING TO HAND IT TO ME. WHAT A WASTER. LITTLE BOI DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE ENVIORNMENT. FIRE HIM NOW. HE WAS TRYING TO BE SOO FUNNY. IT TOOK US A WHOLE 6-7 MINUTES FOR ME AND MY FRIENDS TO GET A CUP OF WATER. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPLTABLE. on the plus side... NOTHING exept the dodge ball people. have a blessed day my lads... SIKE please...
