Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

Multiple absolutely dreadful experiences from this place so far! Time to just give up and stick with the domino's down the street that never disappoints. We've given them numerous chances and every single time, without fail, our pizzas have been completely destroyed, smashed, slid to one side, poorly cut and incorrect. Stop holding the pizzas sideways under your arms like books!!! It looks like they make the food with their feet; what's going on in there?? Finally, the last time, we complained. The manager on duty said the driver wouldn't be back in the area for over an hour and he was the only one in the store so he wouldn't be able to correct our very incorrect order that we waited 2 hours for. He said he would give us a credit instead of a refund so that we could just order the same thing on the house next time. A few days later, we tried to redeem that credit. Of course, as we had worried, there was no record of said credit. The new manager on duty cannot do anything. They can only give you a 10 dollar credit, if anything and we need to call back in the morning to speak with another manager. Order a pizza at 7:20 & never got it , we called several times & the employees always said it’s on the way , the woman name Juana continuously hanged up on my husband constantly making excuses & even lying about who she was , their was a point to where she would say she’s the closing manager & then she would say later that she’s not the manager. I went to the location that was 6 minutes away at 10 trying to see if I could pick it up or get a refund or anything & to see what the problem was because she was very rude & disrespectful instead I have the Juana yelling at me on video recording, even you can hear her saying how the customers are annoying. Their was only 3 employees their day how everyone left them at 5 pm & that the only 2 drivers were making the pizza but yet weren’t making no deliveries. I have my whole experience with that employee yelling at me on video as well . Never again will they receive my business, & we had been very loyal to this company. I have called corporate already reporting this , & have uploaded the video on social media platforms as well . Way to go Pizza Hut , way to set your employees up for “success “. This Pizza Hut don't even deserve a star.. I have a photo of them delivered a order along with that order I was sent a photo that I was supposed to have gotten a orange Crush but don't see one on here n this photo cane from the driver.. I called several times and I was hung up three times until someone said their manager wasn't available n they called them and there wasn't anything their manager could do about it.. I've ordered from y'all several times and three times I've gotten some thing wrong from y'all.. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! . . I don't work or my husband doesn't work for this thing to happen.
