I bought my son a watch for Christmas. He tried it on, but it was too big. I brought it to them on Christmas Eve and asked if they could take some links out. She worked on it for five minutes and told me that I would have to leave it because 2 other customers walked in and "her boss" told her never to finish working on something if another customer came in. Busy little shop. They resized and cleaned my husband’s watch band for far less charge than we had expected. If I’d have known about Fixery sooner, I would have had them resize his ring, as well. According to the sales clerk, the shop has been operating in Huber Heights for over forty years, eleven of those years in their current location on Chambersburg Rd. I hope they are in business...
