This is a little spot in Pacific City shopping area (south end) at the food court area, to your left as you enter from the patio seating. They have many ice cream choices and some yummy ice cream creations that are premade and ready to go. Pricing is fair for the quality and serving. We bought two Munchies and they were solid! I was a little afraid of chocolate on chocolate but to my surprise, it was perfect. The chocolate wasn’t what you find at other ice creameries. Creamy, heavy on chocolate, less sugar, and I could swear I tasted a spice undertone (nutmeg? cinnamon?). It was so good and reminded me of the flavors of handmade ice cream in Mexico. Conclusion: Recommend - will be back!

Great quality ice cream, I enjoyed my banana cabana so much. Plus the waffle cone was crispy and yum! The biggest compliment would be the service, basically none! No smiles, no greeting and the young female staff did not even bother to say a thank you when we tipped

Best ice cream in town, this is my fifth or sixth time doing this ice cream. They have all the flavors. Customer service were very nice and they were very polite.

Why do you hard stupid people why would one of your airhead bimbo adolescent girls be spraying toxic counter cleaner while the other one is making my hot fudge sundae 12 in wide did you not teach them at all did you not tell him but if they poison a customer to customer was going to sue the ice cream stores going to be out of business you're going to lose your home and half of everything they earn for the rest of their life is going to...

They don't do samples, which is fine, but they also don't offer actual single scoops. The smallest size they have is actually two scoops, which is just under $7 dollars (lol) Not sure why that is since their Costa Mesa location offers single "kids" scoops. Got Taro and Cinnamon Toast Crunch and found both to be too sweet. Handel's Ice Cream is down the street and offers more flavors, more size options,...
