I had the prime rib au jus sandwich with the creamy horseradish and au jus sauce and it was explosively flavorful! The roll that it comes on was perfect and the French fries were crisp and flavored perfectly.

Both the whiskey sour and the old fashioned were exquisite.

We also had the pretzel board and the raspberry beet salad to start! Each were delicious! The Honey butter and the onion jam are noteworthy spreads on the pretzel board.

We ended our meal with the butter cake which was hands down the best butter cake I have ever had! It was warm, moist and crisp all at the same time, the texture was phenomenal which in my opinion makes or breaks a butter cake!

Julia was our server and she was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the menu.

The view is insane and the ambience is inviting and versatile. The bar is beautiful and compelling while the food indoor dining area is romantic and comfortable and the outdoor patio would accommodate families and is going to be an in demand spot as the weather warms up.

This restaurant just opened it Pacific City in HB. It sports excellent ocean views. It was Mother's Day, so we were glad they were able to accommodate us! We dined on the patio, and spent half the time marveling at the view. the restaurant is clean, modern, and brand new! The staff were very helpful in helping us in anything we required. They were friendly and knowledgeable as well. The menu was mostly American standard with some exotic twists available. There is a full drink menu and appetizers as well. We started with a roasted artichoke. It was very rich and seasoned. The garlic aioli dip that came with it was very creamy and delicious. For dinner, I decided to go with a medium rare Kobe beef burger. It was absolutely outstanding. It came with seasoned shoe string fries that were just the right amount to leave me stuffed. My father got the chicken sandwich which he loved. My mother also got the burger. We somehow found room for desert, and tried the Brookie, a chocolate brownie and ice cream. I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at The Brant Kitchen and Bar, and I can't rate it anything less than a solid 5 stars.

To start, the bone-in rib-eye was cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes were incredibly creamy. The side of corn and Caesar salad complemented the main dish beautifully. And let's not forget the mouthwatering desserts - the butter cake, peanut butter cheesecake, and chocolate lava cake were all heavenly.

What truly made this visit exceptional was the exceptional service provided by Josh and Daniel. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening.

And to top it all off, the amazing view of beautiful Huntington Beach was the cherry on the cake.
