My 10 year old daughter took a surf lesson with Marcus and it was such a fabulous experience! I texted Marcus early on a Sunday morning and he responded immediately, made the booking process easy for me, and accommodated us wonderfully. He has a very warm personality and knows how to work with kids. His "classroom" time was quick and to the point, and he kept my daughter engaged the entire time. She was quickly out in the waves and he knew how to push her just enough, but always stayed close by to make sure she was safe. I could tell she was having fun and felt encouraged. There was some down time while they were out in the water waiting for the perfect wave, and Marcus shared some cool stories during that time that my daughter enjoyed hearing. He really put effort into connecting with her and it's clear that he enjoys his job. From the beginning to the end, he went the extra mile to make this a special day.
