Had a great experience at this location; itâs been recently remodeled and is under new management. The store layout is the same but theyâve enclosed some areas and decluttered others.
I came right at 8am - the doors were open; Mr. Jamal greeted me and after I browsed a bit asked what the occasion was and if I saw something that fit my needs; while I did see some beautiful items in the size I liked they werenât the style I wanted. We were looking for a birthday bouquet with a mix of yellow roses & white flowers. I showed a reference image from on online vendor and asked if I had a budget in mind. I asked how long would it take to create something similar and he quoted about 10-15 mins. Sold! While he arranged the bouquet he chatted with me and my son - so personable. It took about 10 mins to complete and package it - then I headed off to deliver to my mom myself. It travelled well for the 20min car ride.
I thought the prices for bouquets and arrangements were reasonable - on par with what youâd see at floral shops. Itâs cheaper and more dependable than ordering something online where I donât know the quality of what will be delivered and canât address any issues/note preferences. The clerk told me I could pick they up at 9:30 a.m. I arrived this morning at 9:30 a.m. and was told I had to wait in the line of 15-20 customers that wrapped around the store, for flowers that I pre-ordered and pre-paid, so I could avoid the line. Waiting in line would have made me late for brunch, so I left empty handed. I called from the road to cancel and the person confirmed that I would have needed to wait in line. (I don't think they made my arrangements ahead of time) The only apology from the two clerks was that they were sorry I was given bad information from the person who took my order on Thursday. They gave me my money back, but no "customer is always right" vibe, no offer to make it right, to deliver the flowers, or to make it...
   Read moreUnfortunately, I placed an order that was for same-day delivery which was assured as long as I placed the order by 12:30. The order was placed before 9:00. The order never made it there. Apparently they couldn't verify the zip code, and so instead of calling or emailing or trying to reach me, they just didn't deliver the order. I did not know this until it was 5:00 p.m. and I reached out to them to find out when it was delivered and they told me they never delivered it. They told me they called me, there were no missed calls or messages from them. They told me they emailed me, there were no emails in my inbox or in my spam. It was extremely unprofessional and I will be unable to use them again as there was no apology or accountability for their mess up. I would not recommend...
