Today was a Self-Care day, and I decided to treat myself to a new phone and watch.
I attended the Tmobile store on Woodward in Berkeley, and I had thee BEST customer experience ever.
Let's first start off by how I was pleasantly greeted upon arrival by the Tmbolie rep, Kenya.
Kenya greeted me with such a beautiful smile and said, "Hi, someone will be with you shortly." It wasn't what Ms Kenya said, it was HOW she said it. And I knew then, that I wanted Ms. Kenya, to be my sales representative.
I didn't care how long I had to wait (she was attending to a customer before me),
In this day & age, it's not too often you are greeted upon arrival. Let alone in a pleasant tone. If anything, you're standing and waiting on someone to even acknowledge you came through the door.
Ms. Kenya gave me a great experience as a Tmobile customer. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchases and having Kenya as my rep. I didn't feel pressured into buying my devices, and she answered any & all the questions I had. Trust me, I had a LOT, lol.

I would say requesting for you to receive a raise or promotion is asking too little. Because you're such a hard working employee. But I pray that you receive ALL the desires of your heart. You are deserving of such great things. PLUS more. With sprinkles on top. 🫶🏾

Read moreI wouldn’t give this store or company one star if I had a choice. I went in a few weeks ago and got a written quote of $300 down for 3 new iPhones and $200 a month. Once we decided to go ahead, we went into the store where they STARTED the process of switching our service over. Then the amount down changed to $700! After hearing the $700 price tags to switch service (this took 2 1/2 HOURS of our time while they took other customers instead of finalizing our program). We decided we weren’t going to switch at this time. This was NOT what I was quoted. They took the $35 screen protector off my daughters phone and didn’t replace it. NOW we have received a bill for $12 for NOT going with their service are THEY SERIOUS? This is NOT ever going to be paid and I’ll be going into the store, getting a FREE screen protector to replace the one they removed and getting this bill credited! HORRIBLE...
Read moreWent in to ask what Tmobile ID I needed to use the Digits app, as I'd researched it and you can use your current phone number under my plan. Was told that wasn't possible and I needed to pay an activation fee and pay to get another number to use. I needed it for an employee I just hired so went with what the store rep told me. Figured out how to use my current business number later and did, in fact, not need the extra line. Called customer service and they canceled the line and refunded the money. Still wasted a couple of hours due to this thievery. Wouldn't go to this store again if you paid me. The employee was either lying and swindling me, or too ignorant of his product to be allowed to handle the interaction...
