EDIT AT THE END IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S OWN RESPONSE
Probably the worst customer support experience of my life. They could not fix the issue I came to them with, but that is not why I'm making this review. I can forgive that and the young man appears to have really tried his best. However, my property was damaged and I did not realize until I arrived home. They invited me back into the office and as soon as I said they must have done something they absolutely refused to speak to me further and demanded I walk out of their office. they refused to so much as speak another word other than "get out", "bye" and "i'm not having this conversation with you".
I am now out $65 as well whatever I am going to have to pay to replace my equipment. Whether or not they actually damaged it, being refused the chance to speak and investigate based on me simply trying to assert myself was really upsetting. If they could have proved that it wasnât them rather than just refuse to speak to me, I would not have been anywhere near as upset.

I understand that the original issue was not your fault. I stated that in my review. I understand that you worked hard on my device and I am fine with paying the fee for your labor. My issue in this review however, is the unprofessional conduct.
You asked me to leave the very moment that I accused you. You stood there and looked at me the moment I said you must have done something, confirmed that I was accusing you, and then walked back to your seat and told me to get out. I brought up the lint because I had thought what I had seen was among the lint and only after dusting it off once arriving back at home did I see it was a scratch. Of course lint doesn't cause scratches. I could not finish talking, both because you were cutting me off, and the way you refused to allow me to speak was causing me immense anxiety to the point I was mentally shutting down. I did want to investigate but, again, you shut down the conversation immediately. I even tried to apologize for the accusations so we could get back on track, but you refused to listen and still told me to get out. Additionally, I was not saying my device was fully broken, but due to the nature of the work I do with it, the damage constitutes a replacement. It's a deep scratch that obscures colors and snags my pen. Of which I never wanted you to replace it, I just wanted to understand what happened. I also did not turn on my device in my second visit so I'm not sure how you could have known it didn't hinder the device's ability to function if it happened after I took it home, but that's beside the point.    Read moreI used tech ER once before to repair the toggle on my Nintendo switch and really had no issues, however last Monday I returned to have my laptop looked at as it had a message when turning it on and the fan was loud, the tech who assisted me didnât get the passcode for my computer and waited 2 days to call me and inform me they needed it to assess the laptop. They said they would call me back within a day to go over pricing and we would go from there. A week later I hadnât heard anything from them so I went to the store to retrieve my computer because I need it for school. The two tech in the store scrambled to find my computer and said that it wasnât done yet and that it would be done by 5. They also mentioned that the cost would be $75 which I thought was a little strange because they didnât replace anything, only cleaned the fan. When I returned at 5 (not even 2 hours later) the tech acted like he had no idea why I was there. The person I believe to be the owner or manager was also there at the time and when I clarified that I was paying $75 just for labor he (manager) made a strange comment saying âat least now you have it back for whatever it is you doâ.    Read moreI went in because my phone wasnât charging, it was diagnosed immediately and told repairs would take about 2 hours. I left and came back about an hour later, phone wasnât ready,tech said it was going to be 2 hours so no issue there. While I was waiting a special needs family came in that was traveling through and need a quick repair, I believe the charger broke off in the port. The tech fixed it in 2 minutes and had those people on their way, no charge to them!! A few minutes my phone was ready. As he was preparing the bill, he noticed that work orders got mixed up and he repaired the wrong phone. I ended up with a new screen, new charger and the repairs that I needed being charging port and headphone jack. I was only charged for the charging port and headphone jack. I give 5 stars because I think that he couldâve easily made a quick few bucks off the family that was just passing through and couldâve saved a few bucks by putting my old screen back on.
