I recently came into limitless to get some installation parts for a pioneer stereo I had already purchased, they were very helpful and gave great advise on how to get the very best fit and finish and obviously function (steering wheel controls, vehicle data, gauges, and video in a 2016 powerstroke). I decided I'll just let these guys do the work, so I scheduled an appointment and they were able to get me in the last day i was in town, i let them know it HAD to be done that day because I was going back to texas for work that night. The day I brought my truck in I decided to look at maybe adding speakers and an amp as well, although they had a tight schedule the assured me the extra work was doable in the time slot. I came in just before closing time and the pioneer stereo I purchased had basically completely different requirements for inputs and video than Kenwood and models they carry, and required about twice the work as they normally have to do for the same result. Jeff, (an owner of the company) and another employee worked an additional hour and a half after closing time and refused to quit till everything worked exactly the way they wanted. After staying late already they made sure my phone paired correctly, that android auto worked, Apple car play worked, hdmi cable worked, video in motion worked, and obviously that it sounded great. On top of all that they took the time to show me ALL of the functions and controls of a stereo that they don't even carry. I'm very greatfull for there help and I will be coming back for subwoofer work and maybe a tilt down screen, these guys honestly care and they will do everything they can to make sure you stay within your budget. Absolute stellar service from start to finish. I needed a stereo upgrade for my 2002 Toyota 4runner that had blue tooth capability and would work with my phone. I explained to Taylor what I wanted/needed and he sold me the appropriate fit for my needs. No pushy sales, nothing more than what I really needed. He did suggest an FM booster and sold me that as well. I appreciated this low key sales method because it showed that he was listening to what I needed and wasn't just looking to sell me "stuff". He was thorough in his explanation of the stereo I was purchasing and made sure that i was satisfied with my selection prior to scheduling an appointment - at my convenience - for the install. Installation day was worry and stress free. They did find an issue with a speaker in one of my back doors and immediately called to advise me of the issue and gave me the choice of having it looked at or not. I opted to leave the issue alone and they proceed to complete my install in a prompt and timely manner. Upon pickup, Taylor took his time explaining how to work my new stereo and made sure I was satisfied with both my purchase and the service I received.

The original radio/nav in my '11 Grand Cherokee was having issues so I decided to look into upgrades. I've done some car audio myself but I decided to ask the experts. Glad I did. They recommended a system to me that would keep all of the car's integrated capabilities: the rear cam, the xm, the steering controls. It even integrates into the car computer to show gauges and tpms. Layaway and payment plans are available. Got my jeep scheduled and they got everything done in a day. They had one of their guys sit in the car with me afterwards and walk me through the new system, how to use it, what everything does. We realized we'd had a miscommunication and there was a piece missing so the xm wasn't connected. They got it back in the shop for the part immediately and had it fixed in about 30 minutes and we were back in the car finishing getting to know the system.
